What to do when it all runs out

The fifteen year 'season' of seemingly unstoppable terror attacks across the planet have facilitated a major shift in political attitudes. Many criticisms were made against governments for dealing in hoaxes and false flags during this time. Since the Covid19 pandemic, there seems to have been a serious downturn in radical extremism. It could be argued that humanity was faced with a unifying threat in the jagged form of the SARS COV-2 virus. Due to this unprecedented danger, mankind put aside their ideological differences and focused on protecting themselves and each other. It could also be argued that this is altogether far too convenient and for the sake of critical thinking, it certainly bears further scrutiny.

Social media and video streaming platforms were awash with claims that every single one of the terror attacks during this time were utterly spurious. From the 2010/2012 Arab Spring to the 2019 Christchurch live shooter event, content decrying the events hit the internet immediately. Many of the posts used the streaming platform's own guidelines  in the production of click bait thumbnails. Further investigation of these posts usually revealed very little. They were for the most part, free of any incisive analysis or even a hint of compelling evidence. Ultimately they appeared to represent the insane collective ranting of a disaffected minority exhibiting what could only be interpreted as group hysteria. Or as the modern parlance would phrase it conspiritard mania.

However, there were major inconsistencies across numerous incidents which raised a few eyebrows among critical thinkers. Going back as far as 911, there was a common theme of emergency drills being coincidentally co-opted by these radical extremist attacks. One of the more alarming narratives to have emerged post 911 concerns the convenient placement of specific government agencies on September the 11th 2001. Allegedly a substantial percentage of the FBI community of New York and also most of the rest of the USA were in California. It was, according to these claims, the biggest single agency meet up in the history of the USA and prevented any vigilant employees from being anywhere near the WTC plaza during the fateful incident. Conversely the NTSB had apparently flown in a team of investigators the night before and the Secret Service were mobilised immediately. In footage released several years after 911 men in black suits with black four wheel drive pickups can be seen commandeering the Staten Island ferry. Whoever they were they were clearly in position while chaos ensued across Manhattan.

Henry Kissinger was openly accused of having a conflict of interest by the relatives of those killed during 911. His private investments with the Carlyle Group indicated that he could not reasonably sit on the panel of the 911 inquiry commission. As a direct result of this high profile embarrassment, there was a deliberate reduction in the false flag content of forthcoming events and a corresponding increase in aspects considered to be in line with media orientated, perception management stunts. If true, this would account for the social media tidal wave of blatant accusations mentioned previously. With the emergence of some seriously compelling evidence in the aftermath of many incidents, the claims of media fakery only appear more credible.

During the 2011 Norwegian incident perpetrated by Fjotolf Hansen AKA Anders Behring Breivik, numerous inconsistencies were revealed in the tactical response methods. Many details stand out, from the minimally staffed team asking random people in the street for directions on their arrival, to the highly comedic boat ride to the island. It read as either total incompetence or a lack of desire to be anywhere near the island for as long as humanly possible. Bearing in mind that this is a country where helicopters are ubiquitous and are even used for scaling back the roadside cliff faces of the fjords. All Norwegian men are required to serve in the military by way of national service and like Canadians many have guns for hunting and pest control. Nonetheless there was no local response and it over an hour for the police to send in their tactical unit from the nearest suitably equipped station. This was allegedly as a result of being distracted by Breivik's urban attack pictured above. When notification came through of his relocating to the island camp, the tactical response used four wheel drive vehicles to make the journey and with seemingly little by way of additional support. 

It was alleged that there was an emergency services drill being held on the other side of the city, during the 2019 Christchurch incident(s) and were it not, it seems unlikely that the attacker could have completed his goal. During an interview, a police spokesman explained that it was very suspicious that the incident happen at the same time as the drill. As if in some way, Brenton Tarrant knew about the drill and chose his time of attack to take advantage of it. 

These are but a few of the issues that were increasingly being raised by independent / citizen journalists. Evaluating each and every single one of them is beyond the scope of this article. Suffice to say that there are literally hundreds of inconsistencies with all of these incidents. The public pressure brought against interested parties during the 911 aftermath caused serious embarrassment to some major political players in the USA. It has been suggested that many of these incidents have been a mixture of hoaxes and false flags. 

The organisations involved in these incidents are for the most part, funded through tax payers hard earned contributions. Creative marketing used to guarantee funds for the forthcoming fiscal quarter / year / administrative period may well account for the reasoning behind many of these incidents. If they are indeed media management stunts then there would logically be a host of private companies attached to the gravy trains. These companies are shielded from public scrutiny and are not covered by any inconveniences such as Freedom of Information Requests. Unlike the police and the military they are, for the most part, absolutely without oversight. This may account for the lack of investigation into accusations of so called 'crisis actors' being recruited for a great many of these incidents. These 'extras' would logically require onsite catering, co-ordination, wardrobe, make-up and a whole host of ancillary services. This exact scenario is accepted as serving the basis of emergency services drills that are openly admitted to and even documented in the media. The level of real world simulation or verisimilitude is arguably what defines the precise difference between a drill and a perception management stunt. The only tangible difference being  how it is portrayed by the media. 

All good and well for the host of people who benefit from these incredibly important 'preparedness' exercises, regardless of how they are construed to the public. However, as mentioned previously that's all turned to shit since the unprecedented 'pandemic' took a big bite out of the post PNAC MIC reacharound frenzy. What is the average crisis actor to do when even public parks have been closed? Where's the regular augmentations to their passive or active revenue streams? In a nutshell they are massively reduced or evaporate completely. Logically their employers need to find other clients or they are out of business and out of pocket.

If shadowy clients for mass perception management stunts exist, then the MIC and governmental clients would logically not be the only shows in town. There is always somebody somewhere looking to manage the perception of the population. In fact it could be argued that historically, more intellectual resources have gone into conning the general public than have ever been put into industry or commerce. Many articles on TEFLONRABBIT.COM deal with the subject of a breakaway civilisation which has been conning everyone else for an exceedingly long time. Without getting into another mind blowing analysis of the past, the international vessel of molding public opinion has been chugging along for centuries if not millennia. 

Recently the good idiosyncratic ship 'Humanity' has been building up a head of steam by replacing nutty slag with the ships timbers. This has shaken things up a bit and there is good reason to believe that it's because of the global failure of currency that happened in 2008. When any ship is showing signs of sinking, the clever rats know about it before the ship leaves the dock. They snatch whatever they can, stuff it into their capacious jowls and scurry along the rope still moored to the dock. They're not particularly concerned with their fellow rats and blatantly despise the ones who haven't spotted the tell tale signs. As far as they're concerned the others will find out in due course when the ship is a thousand miles from port and all the timbers are gone. This means that there will be a substantially smaller rat population enjoying the safety of the dock. This is good for the clever rats because they will all be competing for whatever resources remain. 

Rodent preparedness for Maritime disasters aside, there will have been a substantial void created in the revenue generating capability of any of the private companies involved in so called 'hoax' media stunts. In many ways it appears that somebody decided that the blow-back from the media stunts wasn't worth it any more. So what happened to all the 'perception professionals' who were enjoying fifteen years of semi regular employment in the gig economy of preparedness drills? It is the opinion of the author that they were sidelined into a more granular form of perception management.

The UK has (and continues to) produce some fairly tenacious critics of the state establishment and the governmental institute. Some of them have a voice in the media but many are simply conscientious citizens that feel aggrieved at the directions that the country (and the planet in general) has been going. It seems that they have all been under surveillance by numerous clandestine agencies for some years. With the alleged NWO / Deep State covert coup lighting a fire under all of these agencies, they have all had to acknowledge the tell tale signs of the good ship 'Humanity' letting in water. Their industry is a highly complex and obfuscated morass of dysfunction. The whole concept of informants and agents is literally just a sickening malaise of megalomania. In order for covert human intelligence source (CHIS) informants to be registered they must be demonstrably involved in activity which threatens a particular section of society. Because the entire industry revolves around perception management these avaricious and cowardly rats are constantly trying to game their own system(s). They have been doing this since their inception and exist primarily to facilitate the redistribution of wealth back up the trickle down system. Also because very few of them receive any form of conventional salary for their so called 'work', their output is lackadaisical at best. Throw in a profoundly sinister agenda being pursued by the upper echelons of the clandestine community and it's impossible to ignore that which society is plunging straight into. The most accurate comparison would be with the social structures that have been considered as kingdoms, fiefdoms and feudal states. In more modern terms - dictatorships. the entire planet is at risk of becoming a dystopian abyss of surveillance state totalitarianism not witnessed since the end of the Cold War in East Germany. 

In addition, we see another land-grab being played out in the theatre that is the Palace of Westminster. Our glorious (yet un-elected) leader Cardinal Rishi has been in the press again. Given that his job is mostly in representing the views of the entire British government, it does not seem inappropriate to focus on public relations as a vehicle. The latest bandwagon is apparently that MP's need extra protection to prevent their constituents from ambushing them with their rightfully held grievances. This is representing a very specific few of the people associated with the British Government. Partly because it's only concerned with salaried Members of Parliament and the close protection units of the police, but also because it's co-opting the demonstrations against the current conflict in the Levant. The 'wave' of protests against the actions of the Israeli government in relation to their conflict with Hamas and the Palestinian people is apparently justification for round the clock protection for MP's in Britain. It would be hard to interpret this as being impartial in the goals of the Israeli government. 

The views of the establishment are that the Likud party's refusal to acknowledge the Palestinian nation is their business not Britain's. However the Likud party do recognise a Palestinian identity as opposed to a Jewish identity. Israel is, according to the Likud party doctrine, to be preserved for and orientated toward the needs of the Jewish people. Therein lies a conundrum, being Jewish does not necessarily equate to firmly held beliefs in the tenets of the Talmud. Nor does it require any racial requirement other than among an arguably fundamentalist section of the Jewish people. Those who believe in a geneaological opinion that mitochondrial DNA predicates a lineage would argue (often vehemently) that the maternal line passes a magic blood type 'J' through the mothers genes. However if anyone can marry into any of the three main Abrahamic faiths by way of a conversion (which they regularly do) then this opinion clearly does not carry much weight.

Understanding the root causality in anything spoken by the Prime Minister of Great Britain usually requires such elaborate interpretive contortions. In order to actually understand what they are not only saying to the public, but also warning them of, requires that the content be ruthlessly dissected. This is the state of British politics today because it has become so hopelessly abandoned to the clear and present danger of virtue signalling, verbal gymnastics. Those who deal in this sickening method employed to obfuscate the intended malice of some interest group or another, have literally taken over the country.. and also the planet. Perhaps what is needed is a WW2 style poster campaign featuring an authoritarian face emblazoned with a slogan along the lines of:

Maybe such a campaign would flush out a whole load of jibberish spouting lackeys. But probably not. As usual it's up to the individual to assume that whatever the figurehead on TV is harping on about is actually the culmination of numerous user requirements being loaded onto a gravy train / boat vehicle. Every single one of the conceivable areas of gain will have been ruthlessly co-opted by some interest group or another. Where there is potential for the taxpayer to support a bandwagon / barge of any shape or form, there will always be a bunch of avaricious rats looking to jump right on it. 

While these rats are essentially a bunch of civilians who have been exposed to extensive mind control, they are as mentioned at an advantage over the other rats who are not in the know. This gives them a bit of a head start when it comes to the free for all associated with the end of a paradigm. They haven't had any training in law enforcement or public order and perceive hoaxes and false flags to equate to professional diligence. An approaching end to their environment creates a frenzy over the remaining resources. This translates as clandestine agencies going into overdrive to secure themselves as many assets as possible. They don't care who the assets are because they always have a use for assholes and elbows. Higher value assets have invariably already been acquired by the more aggressive groups anyway, so all that leaves is a load of average punters. These targets have their lives turned upside down simply so that these vermin can acquire value from the process. 

They are scurrying around seeking out anything they can cram into their jaws while keeping a beady eye on the open portholes. Unfortunately for these rats, the ship left the dock some time ago. They're frankly insane and believe that the swim back to the dock will be a surmountable obstacle. Before they leap off the port-side gunnels and swim for it, they want to ...... (yes you guessed it) ...

With much of the deck timbers gone, all that is left is what the other rats are carrying. Consequently it's a rat-eat-rat situation and the most desperate will logically be the most ruthless. While savagery would be the preferred option of most rodents facing an extinction level event, these particular Ratticus Clandestica are more of a mind to prevent a wide scale panic. They behave in an outwardly calm fashion, meanwhile using guile and cunning to inexorably cheat all the other Ratticus Ignoramus out of their supplies. In the industry of spying and perception management, value is not always something that can be considered material. Consequently, getting the best value can be manifested in ways that do not make much sense to the average rat in the street or sewer, or ballast deck. 

Admittedly the nautical and / or land based mileage in this rodent analogy is not without it's limitations. However it does give a vague picture of what is going on right now in the minds of the clandestine community.  As detailed previously they have (in many ways) come to the end of their easy ride. Nonetheless they're not about to simply give up on an industry which has served them well for a very long time. While they may have been prevented from pursuing any more of the frankly embarrassing antics during the fake terror season, their shift into a more granular methodology is equally if not even more threatening to society as a whole.  

In the article SIG-INT, MAS-INT, HUM-INT & ELF-INT we covered the state of technology in the so called industry of 'Directed Surveillance'. These technologies equip the clandestine agencies with the capability to deploy perception management in a much more hands on fashion. Without building massive antennae like the Russian Woodpecker, the range of the technology is limited to targeting individuals rather than entire populations. The scientific advances in neurological and brainwave recognition have been prevented from gaining traction in the public consciousness. It is difficult for the average person who is not compromised by one  or more of these agencies, to accept that their thoughts are not their own proprietary property. Nonetheless this is exactly how the clandestine community perceive such information. Due to the lack of legislation in this arena, psychological false flags and hoaxes have come to define the very existence of these agencies. 

To be utterly clear about this, publicly funded agencies are literally recording packets of information from people's minds with a view to gaining as much value as possible from them. This has actually been going on for many decades if not even longer. With the winding down of the fake terror industry, these agencies are focusing on individuals rather than the population as a whole. In previous times, this would have involved the implication of homosexuality as a tool for leverage. Now with the LGBT movement having normalised homosexuality, these agencies focus on the abuse of children in order to gain the same level of leverage. This directly contributes to situations such as the frankly sickening events seen in Portugal on the 3rd of May 2007. It also perpetuates and protects the type of utterly reprehensible activities associated with influential figures such as Sir James Wilson Vincent Savile AKA Jimmy Savile.

If the hypothetical agency operative 'Bryce' wishes to exert control over Mr. X, his go-to methodology involves perception management. This manifests itself by way of operative 'Bryce' working with either an actual sex offender, or conning someone into believing that they are a sex offender. These psychologically deviant individuals will be required to generate psychological imagery of child abuse. This imagery and emotional content can then be recorded and literally fired into the mind of anyone else who has had their neurological signatures captured by some insidious use of the SIG-INT protocols. This sounds like the most heinous use of ECG type technology that could possibly be imagined. Yet that is exactly what is going on right now, all over the world. 

In addition to this frankly repulsive methodology, the exact same principle appears to be in operation in the United States. In the article Astral Hypervisors and the rise of the telecommuter we covered the suicide of Diego Barajas Medina. It appears that Mr Medina was undoubtedly being targeted using the methods detailed above. However instead of abuse information being fired into his mind, he was being targeted with stimuli which would trigger him into perpetrating a live shooter incident in a theme park full of children. This would undoubtedly serve the interests of the U.S gun control lobby very well indeed. Gun ownership in the USA has been identified as potentially the single greatest obstacle to the roll out of a one world government. Consequently the most likely candidates to have been targeting Mr. Medina would be clandestine groups who are in favour of throwing the first amendment to the U.S constitution squarely into the trash. Gun control is primarily associated with the Democrat party and it doesn't require the deduction skills of Nancy Drew to make a connection between live shooter events and gun control. Suddenly the redneck, assault rifle touting, Republican NRA seem less like the scourge of the USA and more like the thin line holding back a global Maoist coup.

The timeline that appears to be in use among these utter miscreants could well be the so called Lockstep 2030 agenda. This means that a potential situation is brewing in the USA which almost guarantees massive civil unrest. However this time it will potentially be between the NRA friendly civilians in the anti gun control states and the federal agencies assisted by militia from the pro-gun control states. It's even feasible that same CommonWealth model used in the Covid detention camps in Australia could be deployed in the USA. Several news bulletins aired during 2019 which clearly showed South African nationals enforcing quarantines for Aboriginal Australian detainees. It is not outwith the scope of plausibility that Canadians, Brits, Aussies, Kiwis and other Commonwealth Nationals could be conscripted to enforce a mass US gun seizure. As utterly insane as it sounds, it's far from unprecedented.  

It is impossible to imagine any potential outcome which does not incur considerable suffering and loss of life. Something which also serves the interests of the DePopulation agenda proponents and their masters.
