Wünsdorf USAP - East Germany

Please note, the Rumometer above doesn't have a scale large enough for this article. Let's just say this is about as rum as stumbling on Charles Dickens' Kindle.

Circa 2011, the UFO community were enthralled by a collection of supposedly KJB files which were released by by an unknown user going by the name of Ivan107. The compendium came to be known as the 'Skinny Bob' film thanks to some admittedly compelling footage of a stereotypical 'grey' who was blinking and smiling at the camera. The Skinny Bob footage has since been broadly analysed and is now considered to have been rendered using modern digital methods. However it's not the only footage in the clip and many have suggested that Ivan0135 was engaged in stereotypical disinformation peddling. That being the release of legitimate content in among fraudulent content. The purpose being to discredit all of the content when the frauds were revealed.

The Skinny Bob file is incredibly well composed but certain aspects do not ring true. Most obvious is the fact that it conforms to a 4:3 aspect ratio while appearing to have been captured using a 16mm or 24mm film camera. Film cameras in the 20th century were never engineered to use the 4:3 aspect ratio. It is synonymous with video camera technology. This is what accounted for many of the gaffs seen in televised broadcasts of films shot for cinema release. The horizontal cropping of the 16:9 ratio content would also include margin in the vertical sections of the film which were excluded from the cinema release. Often these areas had random incursions by way of boom mics and grips appearing in the shot.

In 2011 Youtube was considerably less memory holed than it is now. While most of the anomalous files are still there, they have been SEO blacklisted so that unless the user knows the exact title of a file, it can be easily prevented from appearing in search results. The 2011 release came at a time when channels such as 3rd phase of Moon and others were regularly uploading utterly spurious content with the usual disclaimer of:

We're not saying if it's real or not, we're just putting it out there - you be the judge!

For the most part, viewers did judge and judged harshly. Brett Cousins and his brother were ridiculed on every continent for their half baked horseshit. However several clips associated with them and their contemporaries did receive critical acclaim. Specifically the Chupacabra footage. It's extremely compelling footage of a Colombian farmer shooting what can only be described as a profoundly alien looking creature as it fights with his pack of hunting dogs. It's very difficult to debunk due to the reactions of the dogs and most discerning analysts have come to accept that whatever it is, it was definitely there and the dogs definitely attacked it. Some weeks later a debunk video appeared featuring someone claiming to be said farmer who then shows an eviscerated corpse of a monkey and with some theatrics, explains it all away. This debunk video was soundly ridiculed by the cryptid research community as being a blatant attempt to cover up the original footage. 

In line with the 2011 release of the Skinny Bob compendium came a variety of other supposedly 'Top Secret' releases. None of which can be found on Youtube any more. During this time the author was renting a commercial workspace in the centre of London and would regularly cache said content to his hard drive to make sure that in the event of any of them being subject to a take-down, he still had a copy. One of these files included a short film shot from a vehicle as it departed what appeared to be some form of stately home, driving down a tree lined boulevard and clearly showing a highly conspicuous scene behind.

The above image has been knocked together for the purposes of illustrating the scene depicted. The stately home turned out to be Wünsdorf military base in what was once East Germany. The black and white footage appeared to have been captured with a 24mm camera which must have been held by someone filming from inside the vehicle. During the journey down the boulevard onto the main road or 'Strassa' the trees lining the side of the road appear in front of the highly anomalous object floating above the building. This would be the point where contemporary video rendering methods would break down. It is almost impossible to effectively show a 3d rendered object passing behind trees. It is literally the bane of any animator seeking to suspend disbelief among their audience. In contrast to many of the half baked attempts littering sites like 3rd Phase of Moon, this film was utterly seamless. In addition the quality of the film was such that it looked entirely genuine. None of the stereotypical after effects to fake a grainy old B&W film could be seen in the footage. There was however a diagonal grid watermark imposed over the footage. In an 8bit system font in each rhombus of the grid, it clearly read

Top Secret

This stood out among all other clips witnessed by the author during this release season. So much so that he insisted on showing it to his girlfriend of the time. Any concerns of breaching agreements covered by The Official Secrets Act weren't even considered. Mainly because the author has never made any such agreements and the footage was actually acquired from a source very much in the public domain. Obviously there are very few women who give two shits about UFO sightings and in stereotypical fashion she politely smiled, nodded and questioned the Top Secret watermark. Such rough and ready watermarking could surely not enhance the credibility or the provenance of such challenging content. Undaunted the author dismissed the watermark issue as being the work of some ham fisted contemporary of Brett Cousins. He then explained how it is impossible for animators to create this level of credibility in footage which features real trees in the foreground. She shrugged, politely smiled again and the conversation didn't go much further. Instead another drink was poured and the somewhat more pressing requirements of the lady were attended to.

The author watched the footage several more times over the next week and each time paid special attention to the frames which contained the trees in the foreground. In terms of debunking, this is the exact method one would use in order to gauge authenticity. The footage passed this test every single time. Consequently whatever this footage depicted was (more likely than not) actually captured by a 24mm camera, at this place, some time during the Cold War. As mentioned the location turned out to be the main building at Wunsdorf military base 25Km from Berlin. This was not known to the author until many years later when he stumbled on an image of the base online. 

The history of Wünsdorf is quite complex. Originally a firing range for the Prussian army, it was used by the Nazis and then handed over to the Soviet Union. The Russians used it as their primary garrison in East Germany and at one point it is estimated that 75,000 people lived within it's expansive perimeter. The extreme secrecy and security surrounding the location lead to the base becoming known as the 'Forbidden City'. Consequently there is little by way of explanation for what was going on there between the start of WW2 and the Russians pulling out in 1994.  

The mock-up of the Wünsdorf film created by the author does show the actual main building but it does not do justice to the detail seen in the original footage of the airborne platform. The anomalous aerial object has been created using an image of a drilling rig which is about the closest object in terms of comparison that he could find. The original object had considerably more infrastructure extending both above and below what appears to be some form of deck in the middle. One of the first questions he asked himself was in relation to how the vehicle could even land. There appeared to be no form of landing gear and the substantial below deck infrastructure would surely be destroyed were it to come anywhere near the ground. This stood out in the authors mind because how this platform could be stored in a hangar is a complete mystery. As such this raises the question of where it had been stored. Given it's lack of anything remotely resembling aerodynamic properties, how is such a platform kept away from prying eyes?

Using some form of docking tower or plinth such as Hitlers so called 'Flytrap' in Poland pictured above could feasibly work. It does also feature similar characteristics to the circular building in the courtyard of the Wünsdorf building. While the East German location has 24 balustrade supports, the Silesia structure has 12. This could be relevant in terms of facilitating some form of alternative energy source. But such a docking installation would certainly be visible from an aerial perspective. The regular flights over the Balkanised states and the USSR by the USA's SR-71 or U-2 planes would undoubtedly detect such major infrastructure. Especially if there was what appears to be a diminutive oil rig hovering above it. Another option being that it never landed and was either permanently aloft or as outrageous as it sounds, fabricated and normally located outside of the atmosphere. 

Then there is the issue of the off set attitude of the aerial platform. This particular angle has been generally accepted to represent a 23 degree tilt to the horizon. Anyone familiar with UFO footage will recognise this angle as being witnessed in a great deal of UFO clips that make it into the popular consciousness. There have been many explanations and theories as to why this angle is commonplace among such clips. The most compelling speaks to the fact that the Earth has tilted on it's axis at various points in it's history. Were a vehicle to be using electro-gravitic propulsion, it is feasible that the magnetic aspect of the propulsion relates in some way to the orientation of the Earth's core. Logically the core has probably not moved within the crust / mantle and is still (presumably) located in the centre of the planet. However the horizon has moved in comparison to where it was before these global tilts and it has moved to an angle of 23 degrees to the spin axis. This is quite a difficult concept to grasp as it implies that technologically advanced people or 'entities' were potentially using electro-gravitic propulsion in deep antiquity. This has been referenced in previous articles in relation to what appears to have been aerial bombardment of terrestrial installations in pre-history. 

Unfortunately the author was not being the most responsible archivist at the time. The hard drive was inadvertently used to test a server operating system and the footage was over written. For several years he attempted to track down the original footage with no success and eventually began to doubt his own memory. Perhaps the entire thing had been as a result of far too many late nights burning the midnight bandwidth and also burning the midnight marijuana. However the fact that he had showed it to someone else and also spent several viewings engaged in the deliberate act of attempted debunking lead him to believe that it was in no way a 'false memory'. 

Life goes on and anomalous UFO footage does not feature too heavily in the everyday comings and goings of the average person. With a growing understanding of contemporary disinformation methods, the author considered that it may have come about as a direct result of targeted dissemination via the methods detailed in the articles on SIG-INT, MAS-INT and ELF-INT. After all this exact type of disinformation peddling would be Richard Doty territory and it's entirely likely that the author was (and probably still is) considered a bit of an inconvenience by numerous clandestine agencies. Targeting users on Youtube, or any other streaming service is well within the remit of any agency with access to the back-doors facilitated by the service providers. IP based sectioning is not a particularly sophisticated (yet much favoured) method of targeting certain users with specific content in their 'recommended' section. Any Web 2.0 site features user accounts which only makes the whole targeting thing even easier. Demonstrable possession of highly classified, authentic material would represent justification for all manner of digital and directed surveillance. 

Nonetheless the extensive debunking process remained as a major snag in the hallucination theory. While it may be possible to audit a false memory, it doesn't sound like the type of thing anyone (never mind the author) would spend much time on. As such the conclusion was that the footage was real and the download was entirely legitimate. When the images of Wünsdorf were discovered, the recognition of the building was instantaneous. The fact that the base was kept in the dark as far as western eyes were concerned does nothing to debunk the footage. Quite the opposite is the case and it's entirely feasible that the space faring East German puppet of the Soviet Union was actively engaged with off world development. 

The relationship between the Allies and East Germany is historically recognised as being quite hostile. However the Belgian Flap and the related sightings of giant, slow moving triangular craft could well be explained by covert research being conducted behind the Iron Curtain. The Allies would certainly have been interested in pursuing USAP projects in an area completely closed off to any investigative journalism. Where better than in an extensive and heavily secured facility in East Germany?

Alternatively it is possible that the footage dates from a time before the Nazis were defeated in 1949. The often mentioned and very mysterious consultants of the Nazi Party known as the Vril and Ultima Thule societies are reported to have 'downloaded' plans for an electro-gravitic platform. This has been cited as the origins of theories regarding the existence of the Haunebu II saucer shaped craft and Die Glocke or the 'Nazi Bell'. It is known that Viktor Schauberger was working on hydrofoil designs not dissimilar to the works of Thomas Townsend-Brown. The Winterhaven document goes to some lengths to describe how Mr. Townsend-Brown was highly successful in his designing of electro-gravitic aero-foils which resemble the stereotypical flying saucer shape. Schauberger was nothing short of a genius and his contributions to the understanding of fluid dynamics are still quoted by scientists today. 

It is entirely feasible that the Nazis developed the platform seen in the Wünsdorf film and the technology was acquired by the Allies in the post war, intellectual property land-grab that came to be known as Operation Paperclip. The fly in the ointment for this explanation would be the fact that if the Nazis had access to such technology, they would surely have used it. Not known for being overly humanitarian, the Third Reich were supposedly the first group to develop piloted aircraft using jet engines. These were aloft by 18 July 1942 but were apparently not fit for combat due to issues resulting from the far greater thrust provided by jet turbines.  There are reports of 'Foo Fighters' made by Allied pilots during sorties over mainland Europe. Very little is known about what they were but what is known is that they did not engage in the destruction of Allied aircraft. While they could easily outperform the British pilots, they did not seem to be weaponised. Again, if the Nazis had the capability to dominate any theatre of conflict, they most certainly would have. 

The idea that the Third Reich possessed off world capabilities forms one of the most contentious theories associated with WW2. If anyone in Europe knew more about long range ballistics than Wernher Von Braun and his team at Peenemünde, they certainly haven't been accredited with it. This could mean that Wernher's work was unprecedented and this forms the basis of the mainstream narrative. However as discussed in previous articles, the mainstream narrative in terms of WW2 is hopelessly obfuscated. The 150 year classification of documents pertaining to many events and policies does not indicate any form of transparency on the part of the Allies. In fact, it only makes everything appear much, much more suspicious. Consequently, it does indeed appear that the Third Reich were selected by this breakaway civilisation for dissemination of technologies kept hidden from the masses. 

There is an unavoidable element in this narrative which is even more contentious than Nazis in space. The conflict between established secret societies and the revolutionaries that succeeded them accounts for much of what happened during WW2 and the subsequent Cold War. The Nazis engaged in a ruthless suppression of all things related to Free Masonry in the 1930's. This culminated in their campaign to effectively rid Europe of any influences emanating from the Jewish communities. Free Masonry is inherently focused on an esoteric idea of funneling energy to Jerusalem. The Nazis sought to eliminate any group that could wield power over them. Prior to using force, the National Socialist Party actually did more to populate the Levant than the Balfour Agreement. This is evidenced by the buildings emblazoned with Swastikas that were built in Haifa prior to the outbreak of WW2. There seems to have been, on a very obfuscated level, a distinct and enduring hostility between the Templar orientated Nazis and the Free Mason orientated Jewish communities. These are both factions of a system of mind control that dates further back than anyone ever wants to admit. While both sides have historically sought to destroy both each other and their mutual enemies, their dynastic politics endure to this day. 

The Stalinist regime was even more totalitarian in their eradicating of the Czarist mentality. By all accounts the feudal system that defined Czarist Russia was exceedingly elitist and it cared nothing for the quality of life of it's subjects. Along the way, the Bolshevik suppression of all things religious targeted the substantial Russian Jewish community and is broadly considered to be the source of antisemitism which still survives in Russia to this day. 

In many TEFLONRABBIT articles there are references to a breakaway civilisation which has conducted information dissemination events throughout recorded history. The source(s) of these knowledge transfer events would undoubtedly tie in with the Nazis association with the Vril and Ultima Thule societies. After the end of WW2 this partnership appears to have moved venue to Fort Bliss along with the first 100 Nazi scientists acquired by the USA. With access to practically unlimited resources, they then went on to create what we consider to be the foundation of modern geo-political power - nuclear weaponry.

Without analysing the original footage for construction differences, it is impossible to establish whether the Wünsdorf film was captured before or after 1949. Whether it was under a Nazi administration or a Soviet regime is impossible to know. Ultimately it could have been either and even more outrageous is that it could have been neither. Any group capable of exhibiting such technological prowess would undoubtedly have any national government begging for scraps from their draughtsmans board. 

The footage seen by the author in 2011 is undoubtedly out there in the possession of some clandestine agency. Were it to make it into the popular consciousness it seems that perhaps more than any other single piece of evidence, the Wünsdorf film would compel the governments of the UK, the USA and Russia to disclose their historical activity in this highly controversial field.
