Transforming the control methods

Several recent protests and their accompanying social media campaigns have featured the slogan 'Defund the police'. While this appears to be a radical social justice warrior trope, there is a far more insidious agenda in play. In the article The Contemporary Enlightenment we discussed the concept of the civilisation meter. There is a school of thought that asserts that until humanity reaches a civilisation level capable of complete social control, it is not responsible enough to advance further. This concept has been rolled out by numerous futurists and science fiction authors over the past century. Exactly how they came to be of this opinion is not clear. It is simply a broadly accepted tenet of predicting sociological development.

There is extensive evidence to indicate that a certain strata of the human population has already achieved a level of control that qualifies them to possess technology outwith the popular consciousness. However they have historically been incredibly reluctant to share their technological advantage with the rest of the human race. This can be readily seen in the disparity between military technology and consumer level products. By their nature, military organisations are massively hierarchical. Therefore this disparity also exists within their own ranks and constitutes a substantial incentive in terms of motivation. Given that the majority of enlisted personnel don't receive particularly attractive salaries, the prospect of gaining greater security clearance is considered as representing considerable value.

It is unfortunately quite apparent that knowing more than the next guy represents highly attractive remuneration for many humans. Much of the day to day activity of enlisted personnel represents a control method geared toward altering their value system. Basically it's all a very elaborate process of mind control. Such methods have been used for millennia in the control of humans outwith the confines of capitalism and democracy.  In the article Up bluff creek without an exit strategy we covered the use of demonised homosexuality as a military control method. Logically any mindset prepared to utilise such a methodology will also utilise any and every means possible to leverage greater control. Things have now got to the point where the acquisition of leverage is more important than the goals of the military command. 

The gradual militarisation of society through the conduits of local and national government has manifested this obsession with control in practically every facet of modern life. The bureaucratic procrastination of the civil service mentality has infected the entirety of the commercial sector. With increasing use of military developed control methods, society is now being steered in directions which are focused on targets established by non democratic forces. The reformation of public order policy is potentially the single greatest obstacle for non democratic control forces. Society has become accustomed to a system of checks and balances when it comes to the state telling them what to do. Despite the steady and inexorable increase in militarised methods employed by the police, the population still considers them to be public servants. This is a major splinter that sticks in the throat of the secret societies that are intertwined with geo-political forces. As a result it is also the inspiration behind such movements as #DefundThePolice.

The thinking behind restricting any access to highly sophisticated technology is avaricious in nature. The desire to 'get the best value' over rides the concept of monetising new technology. Therefore those with access are adhering to a false philosophy of protection. Preserving energy production economic value based on the current fossil fuel paradigm is the greatest example of this deceptive mindset. Many critics have referenced fueling stations for electric vehicles and pointed out that those in more rural areas are powered by industrial scale diesel generators. It doesn't take a professor of economics to see the utter fallacy behind such engineering. The logical method would be to use photo-voltaic sources for electrical charging stations. However not only would this would be less cost effective in terms of installation, but it would also completely sever any dependency on petroleum products. This is a classic example of a halfway house between educating consumers and preserving profit. As usual, it's manifested in a particularly crass way and evokes disdain from anyone still capable of rational thought. 

It's very easy to abdicate other peoples responsibilities by stating that they are not ready for progress. However when the motivation behind this condescending attitude is revealed to be based on economic gain, any credibility in the argument simply evaporates. The numerous confiscations of 'over unity' devices in the past few decades represent a clear message. It's exceedingly clear that big oil interests can exercise control anytime they choose via their partners in government. It seems altogether too convenient that this anti free market practice is backed up by an attitude that the man in the street isn't responsible enough to have free energy. The evidence indicates that not only is the average person quite capable of handling such a responsibility, but they have been seeking such a liberation for many decades, if not centuries. Those preventing the dissemination of subtle energy devices claim to be working in the interests of the entire human race. But then these are also the same people who are dedicated to drastically reducing  the global population. Unfortunately they already have much of the population convinced of the depopulation narrative. Part of the campaign is involved in controlling how the population thinks. Relying on media manipulation they are steadily extending the scope of the control narrative to include restrictions on movement. 

When various political leaders and influential media figures jumped on the vaccination bandwagon, many of them quoted travel as the justification for vaccination. In 2020 the increasingly unpopular Justin Trudeau openly stated words to the effect of :

^{If you don't want to take the vaccine, that's fine. But if you want to get on a plane or a train, or go to a ball game, then that's another matter.}

Since then he and many other politicians have tried to walk back their totalitarian edicts. Unfortunately for them, many critics have archived their statements and post them all over social media. Many feature slogans such as 'Never forget what they did' and 'No Amnesty'. It seems that the attempt to con the global population into accepting a hastily rolled out vaccination program has met with some concerted resistance. Unfortunately what we are seeing is a move toward world governments being united under a single control mechanism. A move which has utilised deception and perception management to achieve gains which will be difficult to counter in any effective way.

Traditionally when governments descend into totalitarianism, the population resists through the medium of protest. Eventually if the people are oppressed enough they will resort to open rebellion to regain their liberty. Negating potential for this eventuality is perhaps the true goal of the depopulation agenda and also the move to control populations through information management rather than enforcement. With the dissemination of the militarised clandestine mindset, life skills have diminished and predatory philosophies have increased. At this point, so many people believe that the con is such an integral part of social and professional interaction that they are quite prepared to accept a government which holds exactly the same values. Those who do not share this value system are generally quite vociferous in their criticism of the state and the state controlled media outlets. Unfortunately for them, their opinions are considered to be resistance to a militarised method. Consequently they are often targeted by those employing militarised methods to combat what is labelled as 'dangerous disinformation'.

The recent move to privatise the intelligence industry is not actually anything new. Privately operated intelligence organisations have been in existence for millennia. The entire concept of the financial industry relies on the disparity between what the vendor knows and what their customers know. This includes commodities trading, insurance underwriting, investment banking and even pensions. What the recent announcements actually refer to is the dissemination of militarised methods to organisations who are not subject to any governmental regulation. This manifests itself in the technological arena. Basically the use of electronic anti personnel methods, which in conventional military environment come under the headings of MAS-INT, SIG-INT and ELF-INT.  Many citizens of various countries have found themselves to be the victims of harassment which utilise the aforementioned militarised methods. This is essentially waging asymmetrical, psychological warfare on civilian targets during peacetime. In terms of constituting atrocities or war crimes, those who perpetrate such offences have a substantial degree of latitude. Not only is it difficult to prove, but bodies such as the UN or the WHO are reluctant to even acknowledge the existence of such behaviour. Nonetheless there has been a concerted effort by those affected by such methods to bring it to the attention of such bodies.

In reality, the UN and the WHO obviously know all about it, as do bodies such as the IPCO, Amnesty, the Citizens Advice Bureau and probably your local political representative. What they will generally say in regards to protecting oneself from such atrocities is:

This mealy mouthed, lolly gagging excuse is the hallmark of the avaricious and the cowardly. People who have no more leadership skills than a turnip and should in every conceivable way, be prevented from ever making any decisions which impact the lives of others.  These are the very people who were so amenable to the Covid psyop that they not only supported the idea of go along to get along, but openly advocated for mass vaccination. Consequently they share the blame for the damage perpetrated against the children known as the Covid Delayed. They also need to accept responsibility for all those who died from adverse reactions to the various vaccines pushed on the population. They are, in essence the foot soldiers in this asymmetrical psychological war against civilians during peacetime. They are also the chosen delivery vector of the global depopulation agenda.  As such they will also be among the first to support the concept of social control without conventional enforcement.

Cliches rolled out by these types of ideologue include disparaging jibes at traditional policing such as accusations of institutionalised racism, homophobia and general bigotry. While there may well be justification for some of these accusations, there is also  massive representation of so called 'diversity inclusion' in most police forces. This is considered as social progress in most quarters. The fact that most of the individuals gaining employment through 'diversity inclusion' are far more ideological than their traditional counterparts is rarely mentioned. This is clearly part of the drive to reduce public order to a centrally controlled clandestine method which relies on 'snitch nation' policing. The ultimate goal being a global population who behave in the same way as the residents of 1950's East Germany.

This abject totalitarianism is what has motivated the movement in many U.S schools to con children into expressing their secrets to their teacher. They are told that it won't ever be told to anyone else and that it is simply a developmental exercise. In addition the teachers have been instructed not to digitally record any of the results and to destroy the written records. This is an egregiously unethical method and one which compliments the creation of the Covid Delayed in that it is designed to provide work for as many 'agents' as possible in the forthcoming decades of the snitch nation paradigm. Social engineering at this level is nothing more than abject moral bankruptcy. When these forces have to target elementary school children and those who can not even speak yet in order to achieve their goals, it's clear that any concepts of rationale or civic responsibility have been thrown straight into the toilet. This is a direct result of the application of militarised methods to implement societal transformation. 

In the Spanish Civil War, the individuality of the regional citizenry became a fertile ground for political ideology. To the point where certain radical forces were able to forge alliances based on their political motivations. This lead to the conflict between what was broadly speaking a right wing, reactionary and feudalistic mentality and the left wing, democratic mentality which included the national police force. Much of this fierce individuality was seen again in the resurgence of the Catalonian independence movement in 2017. Viewers around the world watched as the Spanish riot police crushed the referendum attempt with some truly shocking levels of violence. Many were highly critical of this strong arm method and maintained that it was surely the right of the Catalonians to assert their right to an independent and sovereign identity. After all, the Catalonian language is as different from Castillian Spanish as is Italian or Portuguese.  What these people failed to consider was the truly atrocious levels of misery and suffering experienced as a result of the disintegration of Spain in the 1930's. The subsequent years of totalitarian fascism following the rise of General Francisco Franco's military junta were a truly dark time for the citizens of the Iberian peninsula. A great many people lost their lives and their liberty in the reunification of Spain and as such, risking another disparate free for all would have rendered their sacrifice as meaningless. There is also another viewpoint which speaks to the nature of Catalonia's place in the economic structure of Spain. The region has much of it's GDP created as a result of money flowing in from the other regions of Spain. As a result it is considerably more wealthy than many of it's customers. One critic likened it to the English county of Wiltshire deciding that after centuries of being the breadbasket of Britain, it deserved independence and everyone should just go along with it. Clearly such a claim would be ridiculous and Marlborough town council could rightfully expect some serious resistance from neighbouring counties, the British government and possibly even the Cerne Abbas giant himself. 

The Defund The Police movement is simply a tool of the Depopulation Agenda. As such it has no more right to expect support than those who would target infants with blatant, permanently impairing language deprivation. An accountable and non military police force is a critical facet of capitalist democracy and the free market ethos. To quote Winston Churchill:
