Sculpting the human topography with subconscious landscaping
PDF Version
Be it the Dead Sea Scrolls, The Knowledge of Verses or even the notorious Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion, humanity has adopted various guides to living effective lives as a society. Outside of these documents and their philosophical teachings, exists an application of instrumental methods designed to mold society in specific ways. This human resource application is utilised in many cultures and exists outside of openly stated societal directives.
Everybody accepts that at some point in the past, fearless primitive humans went out into the wild and captured some wolves. They then taught these wild animals some manners and how to receive instructions with relative grace. From there on it's a short step to reforming giant water buffalo and wild Auroch into docile Friesan bullocks. Before you know it, Shiba Inu's dominate the meme scene and Dolphins are equipped with upgrades for the sinking of warships.
Except that's not an entirely accurate summary of the relationship between humanity and the indigenous fauna of planet Earth. One of the more curious examples of a disparity between the accepted narrative and well ... 'logic' would be the fastest of all big cats, the Cheetah. This phenomenally fast predator is the subject of some speculation due the identical genetic makeup of all Cheetahs. The official story from geneticists and biologists is that at some point in the past, Cheetahs nearly became extinct. After this near disaster in feline variety, the entire species were regenerated from a single breeding pair. This narrative may prove somewhat challenging to the more pragmatic reader. If there's one thing that near extinction events have proven in living memory, is that entire species don't regenerate from a last surviving pair. They just don't. They all die out and mankind laments their passing with great big prehistoric crocodile tears. Yet somehow the explanation for the identical genetic makeup of a wild animal which is conspicuously easy to domesticate, endures in an isolated arena of dubious integrity. We don't know when this genetic bottleneck happened, but it must have because it's the only explanation proffered by academia. In the TEFLONRABBIT article The Great Precept, the reality of selective breeding programs sheds light on possible connections with the anthropology of our own species.

There are Egyptian friezes which show certain large palace cats being kept by dynastic Egyptians. Known as Aker Lions, these animals had a distinctive spotted coat and appear to be considerably less robust. While many do sport a mane, the coat and tail characteristics are consistent with an animal looking very similar to a Leopard or a Cheetah. In line with more modern concepts of the Egyptological timeline, it is not unrealistic to consider that these Aker Lions may well have been the result of a long term domestication event in past millennia. It seems unlikely that these animals pictured reclining in the grounds of the palace would be dangerous wild predators kept around purely to deter insubordination among the servants.
Leading on from this, it does not seem much of a leap to consider that people in deep antiquity prepared to spend many generations creating big house cats, may well have been prepared to spend many generations shaping human behaviour. A straightforward look at the methods used to encourage youth in the ongoing recruitment by the military and the police exhibit social conditioning at a very low level.

Most nations have historically promoted the concepts of fighting and if need be dying for your country. In the decades after WW2, allied nations produced many comics for boys which featured characters and scenarios that can only be described as rampant propaganda. Some of which used racist and highly xenophobic methods to essentially brainwash the impressionable readers into perceiving a career in enforcement to be something of value. To the extent that free time used for recreation between peers often features themes of enforcement.
What are the boys doing playing outside with those sharpened sticks?
Oh it's just a game of Cops and Robbers or possibly Soldiers. Nothing to be concerned about.
Sure, it's nothing to be worried about unless you take a different perspective. It can't be ignored that impressionable minds have been conditioned to accept that simulating the taking of life constitutes fun. Furthermore a career in enforcement is traditionally promoted as being a noble cause. There is an almost primeval response involved in the vanquishing of enemies. The pursuer is consumed with the desire to apprehend their quarry, incarcerate and or kill them at any cost. The pursued are determined to elude their pursuer at any cost and even turn the tables on them if possible. This instinctive mindset may be purely as a result of our origins as hunter gatherers. Alternatively there appears to be substantial societal conditioning involved in the predictive and neural linguistic programming of the population.
It's impossible to ignore the increasingly apparent social conditioning integrated into the fabric of society. In terms of programming the population into specific mindsets, there have been numerous and quite concerted attempts to normalise the concept of militarised authoritarianism. A particularly conspicuous facet of this social modelling is the rise of Airsoft as a sport. On a very broad level it could be construed as a bunch of overgrown kids running around playing armies again. A simulation in tactics primarily associated with urban warfare, Airsoft commands it's own culture including extensive wardrobe and even morale patches. So entrenched is it in the popular consciousness that it is considered as a team building exercise suitable for corporate and service sector workforce. Hospitality packages are available and workers look forward to getting a full days pay for running around playing armies again. Additionally Laser tag and other Live Action Role Playing simulations promote santised, strategic response simulations. Perhaps the greatest online gaming market is represented in the form of first person shooters. An entire genre of video gaming which invariably involves navigating an urban landscape, indulging in fast paced arbitrary violence. The video games market outperforms the movie industry and the music industry combined.

Archaeology shows that berserkers have been a requirement in social constructs for eons. In order to defend the tribe, there was a requirement for certain warriors to abandon conventional safety procedures inherently applied in the form of combat strategy and resort to the inelegant reality of bloody rampages. As societies have developed, the requirement for berserkers has waned. To the point now that unless they are taken into the military, most end up incarcerated at the cost of the society they have been obsoleted by. Even some of the greatest celebrants of berserker culture (the Vikings) actually had quite a different attitude to powerful exponents of ultra violence. Basically having these brutish men around the camp was a bloody nightmare. Always with the drinking and the fighting and subsequent bitter disputes and vendettas. Far better to send them off on missions of conquest. It should get a load of them killed and also put a bunch of crudely minted coins in the Bæjarhús coffers.
Today we still see prima facie evidence of social conditioning in most cultures on Earth. The disparity between gender-centric roles still plays out in every culture on every continent. Despite serious opposition to gender based employment opportunity, the sociological result of free choice policies in Scandinavian nations resulted in most women abandoning their lumberjack jobs and most men getting bored with leading aquatic lamaze classes.

Within the broad social spectrum there often operates unseen agenda. Forces seemingly exist that are responsible for the placement of specific human resources in certain places at certain times. This is mirrored in the visible industrial environment through the corporate secondment of workers from private company X, specifically for the purposes of multinational corporation Y. However it is the unseen activity which is potentially the most enduring and controversially some of the most effective. Unfortunately anything which could be considered clandestine automatically creates momentum as a gravy train to be co-opted. Therefore efforts in societal landscaping can potentially be subverted by those with competing agendas. Everything about these complex initiatives is conducted behind multiple, veiled, subtext driven realities. Most of these realities are effectively obscured from the majority of those involved at ground level. Those inserted as incidental players are generally quite unaware of the many agendas in play. What may have begun with broadly moral characteristics is very unlikely to be maintained with said characteristics dominating the delivery of the goal(s). More likely is a scenario whereby increasingly negative characteristics will come to dominate the ongoing application of these covert social experiments.

There are (and always have been) groups in society who consider their ideology to be the only way to live and to hell with anyone who disagrees. Many did not start with such totalitarian and inherently corrupt principles as they have come to be known for.
Pashto: طالبان, romanized: ṭālibān, lit. 'students' or 'seekers')
The lengthy involvement of foreign forces in Afghanistan has given rise to one such group, the Taliban. The origins of this group are widely ignored but constitute an entirely righteous inception. The lack of any cohesive government in regions of Afghanistan in the 20th Century caused a degradation in public order. Any career military personnel came under the control of local warlords. Only the warlords controlled the opium fields and subsequently only the warlords could afford to pay career soldiers. Several young women had been captured by soldiers from the camps of the warlords and predictably enough, suffered at the hands of drug cartel garrison personnel. A local Imam was approached by the family of these girls and heard their concerns. He and his students traveled to the compound and announced that they wanted the return of the women and the punishment of the men responsible. This ultimatum was swiftly denied and by way of a response, the Imam and his students infiltrated the compound, acquired weapons, seized control, liberated the hostages and hung the offenders in front of the building. As word of this vigilante action spread, more aggrieved families came forward with similar stories and missing family members. With the weapons acquired from the initial action, the Imam and his students conducted similar policing initiatives in the surrounding areas. Inexorably the movement grew until many warlords stopped opposing the Taliban.
As seen with many affiliations in war torn areas, profits in the illegal markets instigate corruption within the forces controlling them. While the governments of the world condemn illegal opiate usage, big pharma relies heavily on the fields of Afghanistan for sustainable opium resources. As such the Taliban are no longer associated with anything righteous and in have been implicated in numerous actions which can only be accurately described as atrocities.

There is an unavoidable question of accountability, which unsurprisingly only appears when the most objectionable realities of these experiments come to light. Policies and initiatives implemented in a high functionality arena with low levels of oversight are never going to be subject to public scrutiny. Those who architect the solution are many degrees of separation from the parts of society they target for their 'experiments'. Therefore those who are delivering the stated requirements are probably operating in the blind, or have varying degrees of visibility. As such they represent an additional value in terms of surveillance. After all there is no better an operative than one who knows nothing about their own real objective. However this does generally require constant visibility on what they're doing all the time, so that pieces and players can be moved around them. It is such programs and initiatives that undoubtedly lead to the London UK scandal regarding covert agents being so undercover that they had been embedded for years and even started families with their targets.

The use of alleged Gladio or 'stay behind troops' in 20th century continental Europe featured egregious targeting of civilian personnel by operatives who had clearly received paramilitary training. While this represents some of the most negative aspects of hidden social control methods, it does exhibit clear symptoms in terms of purpose. The individuals conducting these and other related attacks were allegedly sleeper agents who had been living in local communities, seemingly primed to commit large scale actions with substantial loss of life incurred. What is less clear is who exactly had placed many of them in these sleeper roles. Many were completely established in their communities and were apparently not known to any intelligence groups, including the police.
Such covert social control methods could only be considered as inter-generational. The 1960's Gladio agents were allegedly completely accepted in their local community yet had the capability of attacking their own and other communities. This granular level of integration would require many years spent moving the various pieces into place and creating convincing cover identities. The last major warfare on the continent occurred approximately two decades earlier. As a result the phrase 'stay behind' has been applied to many subsequent surprise attacks on civilian targets, seemingly from within.
Gladios would be at one end of the hidden social control spectrum. At the other end of the scale are people like teachers and civil servants. Many of whom are moved into seemingly innocuous roles with the potential to fulfill a specific and instrumental purpose within many, many more lives than a Gladio berserker ever could.

In the the TEFLONRABBIT article Toora loora loo, we examine the W.H.O initiative to reduce knife crime in the Strathclyde area of Scotland. The multi systemic campaign was indeed effective but was not the only anti violence initiative ever conducted in the area. In the same way, the recent W.H.O backed initiative to encourage entirely unprecedented vaccine requirements has not been the only such campaign in the field of public health.

Prior to the 2005 Violence Reduction Unit efforts to reduce knife crime, there were policies being rolled out by councils and Police forces on a regular basis. The CityWatch CCTV camera systems became commonplace in most metropolitan areas during the 1990s. Most famously in London UK as the Congestion Zone, formerly known as the anti terror eyes of 'The Ring of Steel'. These cameras were of such high resolution that 30 years ago, digitized CCTV imaging of someone smoking hundreds of yards away could capture substantial amounts of data. This already captured footage could then be zoomed to show the brand name of cigarette they were smoking from the label around the base of the filter. Anyone filmed with identifiable documents or bank cards could have their details recorded by default. CCTV was much, much more sophisticated in the 20th century than most people would like to think. Features available to the operators of industry level CCTV systems included real time tracking. Someone walking through an entrance could be marked with a virtual dot on the screen with a lightpen. This dot would then remain on the individual as they moved around the interior of the premises. Often tracking them in busy crowds.

Additionally this dawning era of municipal digital surveillance was operated in direct partnership with private commercial organisations. It seems that even 30 years ago, big data was quite a thing for Security companies with that big government contract. The ethical usage of the data acquired by these partnerships could rightfully be considered as quite a controversial subject. This was many years before the roll out of GDPR. The preceding Data Protection Act was nowhere near as comprehensive in terms of purpose. Following on from this there were some truly egregious breaches of data in the 20th and early 21st Century.
The United States is often associated with terms such as 'Top Secret' and 'Cosmic Level' and so forth. There exists a wide variance in the governmental classification and access criteria associated with information disclosure. However the rather ugly truth of the matter is that these classifications are just for civil service document flows. In the halls of government you may need to be a General with a certain level of clearance in order to have access to a specific document. However if the document you desperately want to see is owned by an entirely private corporation without any demonstrable connection to governmental bodies, you can huff and puff as hard as you like but will ultimately just have go away rather disappointed. Private companies are in no way compelled to give access to intellectual property documents or even explain what they are doing. As long as they are not contravening the terms of their contract with the state in terms of business rates and general compliance, their right to conduct their business is enshrined in mercantile and legislative law.

Increasingly we see technological solutions being released by defence contractors such as Raytheon, McDonald Douglas, BAE, Northrop Grumman, Qinetix, RocketDyne and allegedly the Tavistock Institute, which have an established conduit facilitating their arrival in the hands of private companies with contracts to provide municipal services to the state. Equipment and or methods used invariably for the purposes of controlling the population. This visible handing down of technology and concepts has been going on in the military industrial complex since the end of WW2. The hidden equivalent may have been going on for much, much longer. Much of the weaponry of mind control is not technological in nature, but is the science of hacking the human mind. Transferring a non technological method of mind control doesn't require any controversial antenna or conspicuous battery packs, merely oppressive behavioural recipes and psychologically calculated verbal cues.

The periodic dissemination of technological advances has happened throughout the human record. The extensive series of stone enclosures in Turkey, Gobekli Tepe indicate that there has been transfer of knowledge from one paradigm to another many times throughout history. It would seem rational to consider that developments in social engineering would also be transferred, albeit without the same levels of physical effort. However, if a technique of social control is to survive, it has to be something that will endure well beyond the lifespan of those who first implement it. The methods we see today being rolled out to nudge and corral the population into specific behavioural patterns have probably been put in place many generations ago.

One of the most anthropologically compelling passages of the bible is Genesis 11. Concerning the construction of the legendary Tower of Babel;
(6) If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.
(7) Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.
Editors note: With further analysis, TEFLONRABBIT is now of the opinion that the construction known as the Tower of Babel was not in fact the Great Pyramid. The reference to bricks held together with tar indicates that it is more likely to have been one of the succeeding pyramids built by the dynastic or 'New Kingdom' Egyptians. This only makes the Great Pyramid even more enigmatic and more likely to have been constructed by a hominid race other than Homosapien. This observation is reinforced by the simple fact that the Grand Gallery was built without stairs. The exploration of the pyramid by Caliph al-Ma'mun and successive treasure hunters is well documented as requiring ropes to scale the not insubstantial incline of the Grand Gallery. This means that whoever it was originally built for, didn't actually need stairs or ropes. So who were they?
Leaving to one side the whole issue regarding the word 'us' for the moment: the text could be read with several interpretative results. One of the more intriguing theories points to the Giza complex being the location of this unparalleled construction achievement. The theory connects loosely with an alleged explanation for the Exodus narrative. A controversial viewpoint which claims that the remnants of several tribes including the Hyksos were the subject of a sociological experiment. An experiment which lasted somewhere in the region of forty years and deliberately replaced cultural values. Through a process of isolation and indoctrination, the subjects of this alleged experiment had their existing culture effectively replaced. Their elders died without passing on the learned values of preceding generations and as a result their cultural epistemological framework was lost. In the TEFLONRABBIT article The Great Precept we see that analysis of cultural genocides reveals the unpleasant truth that even entire languages can be effectively extinguished in a single generation.

Obviously molding the population according to decade long plans is no small undertaking. However when the reality of public & private initiatives there is extensive scope for conflicts of interest. One such project (Ringway One AKA The London Box) was strategically shut down by informed activists who did not wish to see any more motorways on stilts dominating their urban lives. The direct action methods employed by the activists permanently altered the procedures used by councils and developers embarking on similar projects. Essentially the qualified objectors (local residents) met with bureaucracy and blocking methods deliberately engineered to prevent their rightful opposition being heard. This inspired some creative thinking by sympathizers who understood the planning procedure. The required meetings and civil ceremonies associated with signing off such a major municipal project were sabotaged by activists. By refusing to allow essential procedures to commence, often by literally shouting down the recorders of meeting minutes, they stalled the railroading process long enough to organise more serious resistance. The whole thing became a bit of a debacle complete with media involvement and many red faces around the stakeholders meeting table. As bad as some remaining Central London road planning is, most people agree that 'The Box' would have made it much, much worse.

Covert policies of social control being deployed through clandestine delivery methods will always be less visibly challenged by society. Basically they don't know about it so they can't reasonably object to it. However the fact that these policies are being so purposefully obscured from public scrutiny means that somebody has certainly conceived of the potential for the public objecting to one or more aspects of them. Probably in an extremely visceral way. If it wasn't seriously objectionable, it wouldn't need to be secret. Therefore the chances are extremely high that these social control methods would be rightfully considered quite abhorrent by any democratic measure.

Unsurprisingly the delivery of these social control methods then become, by extension, attributes of these highly secretive sociological experiments. This in turn creates additional requirements for the surveillance and control of any human resources delivering the situational goals of these covert population projects. The use of blind operatives creates a requirement for handlers of the blind operatives. Closely embedded operatives keeping tabs on these unwitting utilities in the delivery of their blind objectives. At every level beyond the blind operative, there are ancillary personnel operating a deceptive persona with an opportunistic mandate. So it continues with the perception of a required need for something which was probably intended as a low profile, high level policy to strategically shape society. After the initial requirements are delivered, the human resource infrastructure may or may not be re-tasked. Asset stripping occurs, resources are redeployed and so continues the policy, increasingly representing less of a strategic campaign and more of a cumbersome gravy train of opportunism. Peoples lives are considered secondary to the objectives of an inter-generational, long play policy. Many operatives (blind or otherwise) experience major dysfunction due to the psychological stresses of such covert sociological policies.

In Eire there is an accepted joke concerning the Gardai that pertains to social control, with just a hint of eugenics thrown in. In a generalised nutshell, all Irish cops are sons of farmers from out of town. The son leaves the farm and goes to do his years in the Gardai in a city. Because he's from out of town, he doesn't give two swings of a Shillelagh for the local gangsters in the city. Understandably he doesn't know anything much about them, doesn't understand their local vendettas and basically couldn't care less about them. Once he's done with his career in urban public order, he retires and takes over the farm. Now both he and his senior officer - farmer - parent are trained in public order and embedded back in the rural community. This allows the Irish govt to have some confidence that the population aren't being victimised by entirely corrupt police in the same ways that the Brazillian, Mexican or Bulgarian citizenry is. While this is accepted as somewhat of a meme in Irish culture, it is not entirely without substance. There is evidence of this policy being used in many societies all over the planet. In fact it's been going on for so long, that it's difficult to even estimate when it started happening. What there isn't evidence of, is any openly transparent documentation to prove that it's a deliberate social policy being enacted by any local or national govt.

Such control policies have been levied on populations all over the world, without any form of democratic oversight and are still being applied through 'nudge' theory and uninformed, confidence / consent based, opt in by default. The bodies responsible for levying these experiments are not held accountable and the vast majority of them defer to the authority assumed by their right to stimulate the economy. Their belief is that growth is good, therefore anything required to facilitate ongoing economic development is merely part of their manifest destiny. Stated social directives such as anti trust laws, the hippocratic oath and human rights legislature are barriers to disparity. Disparity is interpreted as opportunity for those who can perceive profit in the differential. Behind it all sits an all encompassing attitude of;
Don't rock the boat....
Generally it would be safe to assume that not rocking the boat is something to do with group accountability and everyone being in the same boat. However in the industries of profiting from disparity, this is not the case. More accurate would be the idea that if anyone rocks the boat, others may notice that the boat wasn't ever sealed with tar. It wasn't sealed with tar because someone is sitting on an un-patented polymer based boat lacquer and they want very much for the tar pits to go out of business. This requires that nobody uses tar anymore. But everyone still wants to 'get the best value' from the discrepancy between the forthcoming boat lacquer market and the current manufactured tar shortage. There's a lot of confidence in boat lacquer and as a result a lot of disparity between those who know about it and those who do not. This disparity needs to be managed to ... yes that's right - 'get the best value'. So just stop rocking the bloody boat or they'll petition the other passengers to throw you over the side.
The fact that all the boats are on the verge of sinking - but for a ha'peth of tar, is not considered as a negative. Far from it in fact, because the state of disrepair is also capitalised on. If a boat starts letting in water through wear & tear the boat rental company come out and replace it with another boat. This has given rise to a further disparity which means that a certain amount of boat rocking is advantageous to the boatmen. However they have their own people managing that requirement and certainly don't want anyone else thinking that they can rock the boat themselves. This finely balanced management including insurance against a downturn in boat availability and simultaneous market stimulus, requires that several boatmen be available to bring out the replacement boat(s). A marine repair company have somehow gained a contract to maintain a minimum number of watertight boats. New timbers need to be cut for boat repairs and even the odd new boat from time to time. The forests that provide the trees for the boat timber need to be replanted and managed because .... 'blah blah blah value'. The general architecture resembles a Gerrymandered caricature of the trickle down system. The basic principles of value for value still seem to somehow loosely play out in the whole anti boat rocking philosophy.

The widespread resistance to any actual or perceived boat rocking could be broadly interpreted as a group socio-economic issue. The works of Adam Smith and John Nash go to some lengths to illuminate the value of collective and cooperative reasoning. But as usual, it's just yet more perception management. Those who seek to understand the true motives behind the use of such egregious, anti boat rocking misdirection only have to abandon the mandatory compass and briefly adjust their horizons.
As it turns out, this metaphorical boat across an exceedingly commercialised stretch of the river Styx, is traversing no more than a canal basin, not the treacherous depths of the Atlantic Ocean. The water is actually only a couple of feet deep. The whole boat requirement paradigm was always based on a gargantuan lie to stimulate the local boat building economy. This illusory economy was effectively made utterly redundant centuries, if not millennia ago. Getting thrown over the side means precisely nothing beyond some residual staining to the bottom of your socks. Nobody has needed these boats for longer than anyone can remember. Ultimately there are those among us who really don't mind getting out of the boat and would choose wet feet over half baked ideological claptrap any day. Consequently there really is only one viable rejoinder with which to interact with the multitude of avaricious, anti boat rocking ideologues:
Keep your tar-less boat, your insubstantial promises of a gilded boat lacquer age, the resultant knowledge disparity and shove your entire vessel narrative enforcement squarely in your aft compartment.
Land ho!
