The RIPA of Britannia

The simple truth is that the five to ten percent of the population who are sociopaths and psychopaths, make up the majority of the clandestine community. Within this demographic are those who have a genetic causality. However this would represent less than one percent of the personnel involved. The other four to nine percent have been created through methods synonymous with the most egregious forms of mind control.

These methods have been developed under banners such as MK Ultra and the various policies employed under such labels as 'anti terror' and the DoHS restructuring. Rolled out to an international market by the privacy shattering auspices of the 'five eyes' brain fart, these blatantly masonic agencies have basically rubbished the entire concept of democratic capitalism. Instead, the first world is now subject to a greater level of corruption than was displayed by the former USSR.  

Since the cash cow of the Cold War started to show clear signs of collapse in the 1980's, the clandestine community have been entirely consumed with a single goal. That being the monetization of the general public. This is in fact the goal of the government as a whole. However, prior to the RIPA catastrophe, the methods open to the government consisted of highly secretive meddling. Since the legal approval in 2000, the numerous RIPA agencies have been given the go ahead for their false flag and hoax based speculative endeavours.

The ninety percent of the population who do not consider themselves to be informants are certainly not exempt from the avaricious goals of the clandestine community. Basically they are being piloted around their daily lives by clandestine operatives who are generally not ID carrying employees of the government. The vast majority of these people have precisely zero qualifications in investigative process, public order or really any form of credible skill set to justify their involvement in clandestine operations. They are essentially a single step up from crisis actors and the other dregs of the community. 

The motivation of these civilian lackeys can be summed up as a welding together of cowardice and avarice. They have all been blackmailed into following a cult philosophy which represents a leveraging of the worst traits of the human condition. In many ways the mortal sins listed in the Abrahamic faith system(s) have become vertical markets. A faith system designed to bring out the best in humanity clearly did not represent the best value for these faithless flunkies.

The reality of money grabbing sociopaths waging a speculative war on the general public clearly underlines exactly how corrupt these people are. The ninety percent are for the most part, completely oblivious to the fact that they have had their consciousness hijacked by over the horizon radar, radio frequency based technology. This horrific situation has come about as a direct result of the unwarranted acquisition of power and influence by the Military Industrial Complex.

Due to the release of the TCP/IP protocol the fear mongering of the 20th century has become obsolete in terms of controlling the general public. The instant availability of citizen journalism has rendered the clandestine community as a feckless gaggle of eunuchs. However history has taught us that unlike most mammals, neutered humans can still be extremely malevolent. The actions of the servants in China's Forbidden City are testament to the particularly ugly reality. It is this exact model of overt corruption that is currently being sanctioned by the British government. 

Mr Z owns a house with a spare bedroom. Like many people he chooses to rent out this room to a succession of lodgers. He entices them with an attractive package of a cash based tenancy with all bills included in the monthly fee. What these tenants do not know is that Mr Z is a blackmailed servant of the clandestine community. Invariably his blackmail will consist of bonafide evidence implicating him in either homosexual liaisons or some form of pedophilia related activity. i His only objective is to conduct a series of bizarre rituals which (according to the cult philosophy) permit a sale of his tenants as an 'intelligence product'. As with every facet of the clandestine community, operatives who do not know that they are operatives are favoured due to the obvious lack of accountability attached. 

This speculative malevolence facilitates the piloting of these victims without their consent or knowledge. Mr Z has been hopelessly compelled by the blackmail collateral held by his handlers or more appropriately 'masters'. Various avaricious cowards inhabit the chain above Mr Z and they all consider themselves entitled to create revenue through this frankly disgusting and morally bankrupt practice. Consequently their greatest motivator is the acquisition of yet more leverage collateral. As with the actions of the thankfully deceased operative 'Bryce', this motivation exceeds any financial incentive and becomes an entire lifestyle. 

As the number of tenants who have been sold by Mr Z increases, so does the awareness of his activity. This creates an even greater pressure on his masters to monetize him as quickly and as effectively as possible. This leads to a fire sale being run on Mr Z and anyone left in his social group. Consequently his masters come into direct conflict with other RIPA agencies who have been running his tenants prior to them moving into his spare room.  As described in previous articles, these 'masters' are total cowards. As a result they never direct their malevolence against their equivalent adversaries in the other agencies. Instead they focus purely on gang stalking the tenants in order to display their disgruntled fear of losing out in terms of revenue.

As the years go by, Mr Z develops serious substance abuse issues. The guilt he feels for blatantly throwing the lives of his tenants down the toilet, leads to a profound fracturing of his personality. In turn this leads to a lack of performance on his part. This accelerates the schedule of the fire sale, which creates more pressure on Mr Z. It is an overtly illogical method which has become the norm in Britain today. 

Faced with a failing product, Mr Z's masters seek greater leverage collateral in order to compel him into 'developing on the land'. However due to the substance abuse and general collapse of his psyche, Mr Z is not considered as a viable platform for the more invasive of directed surveillance techniques. Basically he's such a fuckup that nobody will sanction him listening in on other peoples thoughts. Logically such activity requires a certain degree of tenacity. Substance abuse profiles are incapable of surmounting the psychological cost of such satanic work. 

In addition, Mr Z has not educated himself in terms of how over the horizon RF technology is used to listen in (and blatantly direct) the thoughts of human beings. This is due in part to the ongoing substance abuse, but also the fact that the cult insists on presenting the science as mystical powers. In terms of remaining unaccountable, this serves his masters well. However in terms of understanding his situation, his ignorance is a major barrier. 
 

Eventually Mr Z has no alternative but to take the only route available to him and those who have been the victim of such colossal corruption. Due to the overtly homosexual profile of the established secret societies and many RIPA agencies, the so called 'diversity' teams offer a possible turnaround to Mr Z. However they obviously seek to maximise the deal on their part. This requires that Mr Z turns gay. His irresponsible activities in the provision of leverage collateral justifies this enforced gender proselytization. 

As detailed in previous articles, there is (and has been for centuries) a massive fixation with gender dysfunction exhibited by the clanestine community. Again this would be as a direct result of the military industrial complex being left unchecked for far too long. What began as a method to prevent military personnel from resorting to mutiny has become a cult philosophy embraced by numerous factions within the clandestine community. Beyond this, is the descent into gender transitioning currently being heavily promoted by the DePopulation agenda. 

Due to his blatant weakness, Mr Z has become a victim of a policy being pursued by the contemporary remnants of the Knights Templar, Freemasonry, alphabet agencies, secret societies and most concerning of all, nation state governments. In order to trust him, they demand that he browse indecent images of children. This provided a leverage point to force him into having his genitals surgically removed and having his torso irrevocably altered with silicon implants. 

This process culminates in the diversity orientated agency now sponsoring him, covering up his identity change via deed poll. It is the exact same policy being used to cover up the millions of deranged false flag pedophilia operations conducted using unwitting children. Once Mr Z's identity has been effectively erased, he has proven that he will do anything  he is told to in a bid to avoid being held accountable. He has also provided yet another tranche of leverage collateral. It's unlikely that anyone going through such an arduous process will ever want it to become general knowledge. In addition they definitely will not be amenable to their leverage collateral being disseminated to whatever social group they are able to acquire. The highly alarming result of this frankly insane paradigm is a groundswell in the numbers of transexual men. 

Currently we see a major incursion into womens privacy in the USA being exhibited on social media. Transexual men have been compelled into using womens public toilets and photographing themselves using the facilities. 

Additionally there has been a massive increase in the number of American vigilante stings being run on online groomers. Invariably the social media posts include video of them being outed by vigilantes who have been monitoring their online activity. These videos usually depict the groomer as being surprised by the interrogation by the vigilante. It does not take the deductive reasoning power of Miss Marple to perceive the involvement of handlers or 'masters' in this massively dysfunctional SNAFU. In the same way that active shooters and knife wielding attackers have been tuned up by their 'security' handlers, these groomers have been controlled into these situations by their 'diversity' handlers.

In terms of the UK situation, this has translated into so called 'anti corruption' units being increasingly populated by homosexuals and transexuals. This suits the masonic factions and remnants of the Knights Templar because they have always favoured closet homosexuality as both a control method and also by way of men shrugging off the potential for compromise via heterosexual seduction operations. 

Historically averse to such gender bending, the police have had no choice but to acquiesce to the onslaught of this sexual derangement and now feature numerous diversity teams within their ranks. Obviously none of these diversity teams will ever take on board that they are simply victims of the DePopulation agenda being pursued by national governments all over the world.

 It appears that heterosexuality has now become classified as a 'public health issue'. However the WHO don't quite have the balls to openly admit it and as such have sought to obscure their attack on the birth rate through bogus viruses. and pandemic curfews. In a massively ironic move, the raping of Britain does not allude to dominance fixation in a heterosexual context and instead represents asexualisation through a process of overtly monetized mind control.

Unfortunately for the above mentioned secret societies, governments, police forces and Mr Z himself, the desires of their cult of catastrophism are simply petulant wishlists. They have no entitlement to their demands and are compelled to conduct their malevolence in secret. Thus they will never have any authority in this regard and represent nothing more than pathetic and avaricious, over estrogenised blackmail victims desperately attempting to extract themselves from a series of necrotic situations.

In their deesperate bid to depopulate the planet, these frankly repugnant organisations have ruthlessly monetized and promoted a default state of profoundly anti social behaviour.
