Profiles of incompetence

For the past several decades, society has been overtly influenced according to a model of what can best described as the 'snitch nation' mentality. This agenda has actually been in play for thousands of years however in recent years it has escalated. The culmination of this mentality was seen in the rolling out of the W.H.O and UN backed Covid19 response.

Earlier in the 21st Century, there was an incident in Europe which spelled out a certain form of social control. The sovereign nation of Belgium suffered a collapse of government and was unable to form a parliament for a number of years. For any contemporary nation to operate without a clear command structure in municipal and governmental hierarchy, there must be an alternative network to take up the slack. Many observers looked at how exactly Belgium was able to continue meeting debt repayments, funding public services and generally running the country.

To put it bluntly, the only reason Belgium was able to achieve this unprecedented display of civic responsibility is because they're a bunch of quivering grasses. The gaslighting, blackmailing and gangstalking illness which afflicts much of the rest of the world, is particularly virulent in Belgium. Their parliament was effectively no more than a ritualised theatrical performance designed to placate the citizenry with a perception of democracy. Any of the observers who cared to see the bigger picture, could easily extrapolate this scenario across every other so called democracy. Observers from the intelligence and security industries surely marveled at the autonomy of the Belgian clandestine machine that had blatantly taken control of the country. These highly impressed spectators would be the same ones who then went on to deliver the calculated , consent based,  perception management dependent, public health policy that enveloped the planet throughout 2019 -2022.

It doesn't take a professor emeritus of sociological studies to see that an entire country abandoning the democratic process in favour of clandestine and militarised control methods, is something to be concerned about. The rest of the 43 eyes undoubtedly wept distilled tears of pure ecstasy. Enthusiastically consumed with a zealous rapture inspired by the fact that such blatant fascism could not only be implemented, but go on to thrive completely unchallenged. As far as totalitarian government is concerned, Belgium became the global holy land. There have certainly been more hard line regimes in times past and many still continue to this day. However these other governments have to rely on major displays of authoritarianism, regularly traumatising their population with displays of oppression. Belgium managed to achieve nation wide control without having uniformed troops in the streets or any of the other trappings associated with overt fascism. It could be interpreted that after being overrun by the Third Reich, the latter day Belgian control apparatus capitalised on the machiavellian methods suffered at the hands of the Gestapo. They were however, not quite so keen on climbing into the jackboots worn by the SS Obersturmführers.

For the apparatchiks of the Belgian civil service to comply with an undeclared military coup is hardly surprising. However there are many aspects of the contemporary governmental machine which rely on private partnership. In order for Belgium to have achieved this nationwide and unilateral control method, there must have been extensive support from the private sector. In fact for things to have worked so well, the entirety of Belgian society must have been locked down harder than 1980's South Africa. This rather inelegant truth was obviously not the focus of any far reaching exposes or hit pieces penned by firebrand journalists. The main reason being that every other country is nailed down by the exact same illness. The purveyors of this dysfunctional mass hysteria are all victims of mind control, desperately trying to gain some form of approval from their controllers. This model is replicated further up the hierarchical control system. Eventually it becomes clear that this chain isn't so much a ladder but a pyramid.

Anyone familiar with direct sales will have encountered the egregiously antisocial mentality that it fosters. Right from the start, commission only sales staff are instructed to treat every single interaction as an opportunity to make a sale or create gain of some kind. It is a necrotic mindset which degrades the normal protocols associated with cultural values. This mindset always spills out of the sales workplace and infects every aspect of the personal lives of the direct sales worker. In order to remain outwardly buoyant and engaging, a professional salesman (or woman) must remain in the zone. Or as they would say in cointel pro LARP circles - operational.

Staying in the zone is nothing new for serious professionals. Painters, composers, sculptors and numerous other exponents of the creative arts have throughout history, gone to great lengths to preserve their creative output levels. However these people are actually creating something tangible. Forcing the mind into an always on state for the purposes of achieving a series of antisocial and predatory objectives is not only incomparable, but also seriously detrimental to the psyche. Anyone pursuing this methodology will reach a point of no return within a relatively short space of time. If they do not break free of the mindset, which normally requires turning their back on activities such as direct sales, they will find themselves permanently altered. Furthermore this mindset or illness has now become so pervasive in society that even if they extract themselves from the boilerhouse of direct sales, they will still find themselves immersed in the avaricious illness of those around them.

The clandestine community operates on a similar basis. Their personnel are required to eat, sleep and breathe a methodology which conforms to the exact same predatory attitude. As the vast majority of them are unpaid, the commission only model is even more appropriate. The major difference being that there is even less tangible creation occurring in the clandestine world. In essence these people create absolutely nothing. They have also been conditioned into abandoning any concept of a life / work balance. Unless they are ID carrying subterranean workers then they spend their entire lives on the make. Because they are entirely expendable they do not incur any cost to their handlers - who don't get paid either. Consequently they can be thrown under the bus at a moments notice and their handlers can walk away without any inconvenience. The entire broken model that they subscribe to revolves around creating portfolios of disparity. Once any portfolio is considered viable, it can be sold for actual money. However as the clandestine community spend the vast majority of their time lying, cheating and stealing, the viability or even the ownership of their portfolios are generally based on illusion. To be clear, these people are not compelled by anything even approximating reason or common sense. Despite this considerable impediment, the police, military and government of every country on earth subscribe to broadly similar clandestine methods.  

Given this frankly asinine workflow environment, it comes as no surprise that the overall caliber of the clandestine community is frankly very, very low. Their basic operating procedure is predicated on a mentality which has its origins in the deranged petri dish of boarding school syndrome. Every single decision or action is impacted by factors such as protectionism, elitism, discrimination and above all else kick the can down the road. The lack of pragmatic leadership architecture creates endless scope creep, pointless borrowing of authority and a catastrophic over emphasis on the creation of process. The industry fosters toxic narcissism as a base layer for these under achievers to trot out their low cunning, elaborate minutia and trivial exercises in portfolio management.

The commercial world has been subject to influences from the technical community over the past quarter of a century. With the rise of digital products, highly efficient project management methods have introduced workflow principles which have become commonplace in other industries. None of these PM disciplines have been created specifically to facilitate the bleeding of the taxpayer. That particular field of expertise is never codified or quantified in writing. Mainly because anyone doing so would probably find themselves being prosecuted by way of some kind of institutional malfeasance. Nonetheless it is beyond apparent that the vast majority of governmental organisations are hopelessly crippled by this highly limiting mentality.

In the interests of presenting a balanced viewpoint, it should be noted that neither the commercial or technical communities are free of malfeasance. Over billing is rampant within both spheres, either by way of aggressive incursions into 'whatever the market will bear' or simply good old fashioned bullshitting of the client. However, many of the PM disciplines have their origins in the entirely different mentality of Open Source. The mindset of using Open Source methods is quite different. The technology only exists because a team of dedicated professionals have combined their collective experience in a transparent manner. This reputation based collaboration is not devoid of negative influences. Often the internal bickering of Open Source geeks is something only surpassed by the ideological frenzies seen in academia. Nonetheless, the unfaltering commitment to the General Non Unix License by software developers has completely changed the face of the digital realm - for the better. Were it not for the movement gaining traction at the end of the 20th century, much of the Linux powered internet would be tied up with corporate licenses and the liberty denying shortcomings attached to them.

The use of the word 'Agile' has become commonplace in non technical sectors. Most have some idea that it relates to adaptive management methods as opposed to single sign off, clerk of works inspected, waterfall methodologies. However it is also trotted out by line management who have precisely zero understanding of any project management science whatsoever. It has become a go-to in the ongoing attempts by the uneducated to borrow authority and appear knowledgeable or 'authoritarian'. Unfortunately the first three tenets of the Agile methodology were introduced specifically to cater to these exact type of non technical, ancillary management. The fact that it has become a go-to speaks to the mindset of the individuals using it. It has parallels in the minority usage of underdog virtue signalling. As time passes, affirmative action policies are co-opted by lazy individuals who choose to play the minority card whenever they are challenged. Again this mentality has become a de-facto solution for the low wattage output of clandestine networks that refuse to be controlled by commercial or economic principles. 

This situation is not without precedent. There have been societal backlashes against this exact type of illness many times throughout history. Obviously contemporary clandestine types would be unlikely to claim any connection to those accused of witchcraft in the 1500's. However espousing the tenets of the Abrahamic faith system whilst simultaneously engaging in activity considered predatory and antisocial, is exactly what the Church was trying to eradicate. As is openly stated on many of the public facing outlets of clandestine organisations, a belief in the Trinity is a requirement or an expectation for the members of many of such groups. With no deterrent whatsoever to the population joining secret societies and engaging in predatory antisocial activites, those targeted by the purveyors of this illness have frequently taken matters into their own hands. In defence of the secret societies that do actually present a public facing outlet, the illness sweeping the planet is not entirely derived from their methods. Most of it was developed in places like Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, the Maze prison in Northern Ireland, South African prisons and unacknowledged detention sites in Morocco.  Under the mantle of the MIC brain fart that is the so called War on Terror, extensive development in psychological warfare has benefited from a continuous stream of fresh subjects. Radicalised members of convenient political footballs were (and still are) subject to rendition and detention without trial. The fact that many of these individuals have been radicalised by groups receiving support from international bodies is rarely acknowledged.

The use of so called 'moderate rebels' has supported western interests in Eurasia and the Middle East for decades. From Zbigniew Brzeziński razzing up the Mujahideen in 1980's Afghanistan to The USA openly supporting the YPG in Syria. The rebranding of patsy rebel groups is also nothing new. It has become almost common knowledge that members of James Le Mesurier's infamous White Helmets were Al-Qaida members who had swapped their checked headgear for blue overalls and white construction helmets.

The unexpectedly frank 2014 film Camp X-Ray portrays the rarely covered issue of radicalised insurgents being declared stateless. Many of the individuals detained under DoHS policies in foreign black sites have been refused re-entry into their country of origin. The USA is unable to repatriate them and as such is compelled to perpetuate their incarceration despite the fact that most of them have never faced trial. Most of these individuals were caught up in Jihad recruitment campaigns. As a result of combat fatigue, relentless conditioning by extremist groups and exposure to chemical weaponry, many have extensive psychological issues. The ludicrously confused and unworkable situation represents a galloping SNAFU.

As with all sub-optimal outcomes, there is always a dedicated agenda which seeks to profit. If the outcome of unacknowledged detention programs is perceived to be negative then that must surely represent a disparity. In the interests of being seen to exert control, any disparity is considered an opportunity to gain... (sigh) the best value. Captive, unacknowledged, stateless, black site prisoners represent the ideal vehicle to develop psychological warfare methods. Unfortunately for the global population, these methods are considered highly valuable in terms of controlling the rest of society.

Due to the sheer scale of the clandestine community, those inhabiting higher tiers of the hierarchy  are constantly faced with a requirement to ensure that their subordinates are engaging with the process. Obviously there is a finite amount of clandestine work that any community or society can support. However this incredibly simple truth is thoroughly discounted by anyone who has been climbing up the tiers for any significant amount of time. This has resulted in an acceptance of busy work as the default status quo. As far as the average clandestine operative is concerned, busy work  is  work. Unsurprisingly, those who have been involved in more challenging sectors do not gravitate toward an industry which relies on (and perpetuates) endless amounts of pointless cruft. Over the years the situation has become so horribly imbalanced that a focus on growth has replaced any concept of quality assurance. To summarise, global society is being pushed into a one world snitch nation mentality. With everyone grassing up their neighbours, the use of psychological warfare represents a considerable platform of profitability. A very marketable skillset within a highly amorphous industry. Institutional facilities provide a sustainable resource for constantly evolving control methods. These highly insidious techniques are then sanitised in terms of superficial acceptability and exported into the social control system.

Any solution to our current predicament could only take the form of extensive, rigorous and far reaching reform. Unfortunately the offending mindset is the psychological equivalent of Knot weed. Capable of regenerating from a single cell, it must be utterly eradicated or it will regenerate and quickly threaten the foundations of the entire structure. There are countries which have invested in solutions of this type. It seems it's only a matter of time before every nation on the planet follows suit and enables uncompromising death squads in the dissolution of an out of control social illness.
