Malevolent infrastructure

The patent for high frequency, hypersonic sound was registered over two decades ago. Since then, various manufacturers have rushed products to market in the field of public address systems. The iconic horn tanoy speakers synonymous with PA systems are being inexorably replaced by HSS capable devices. In railway station platforms and airports all over the world, replacement speakers have been installed which seem to operate at a much lower volume. While the announcement appears to be of a low level output, it's still easily understood by anyone in range. This is a quite different technology to conventional reflexive speaker systems. HSS utilises ultra high frequency 'beams' of audio which have the information multiplexed across several frequency ranges.

The capabilities of HSS technology extend to being able to target individuals with specific information for them alone. It is not overheard by anyone in the vicinity and if the target is not wearing earplugs or headphones, they will essentially hear 'voices in their head'. There is no interpretation of this technology which could be considered in any way altruistic. This technology is installed in major transport infrastructure and is being used right now. The busiest airport in Europe is London Heathrow, serving the requirements of nearly twenty million passengers per annum. Like many large airport terminals, Heathrow features travelator concourses which speed up the extensive journeys made on foot by customers. Installed above these travelators are hundreds of HSS canons which are supplied by heavy electrical conduit and cabling. Somewhere out of sight will be a minor concession by way of a sign stuck to a pillar or wall. The diagrams and text inform the travelator users that there is a hearing aid loop or public address system in the area. This sign is basically a disclaimer which is apparently intended to negate the colossal ethical footprint incurred by the use of HSS canons. Leveraging symptoms of insanity by forcing voices into the heads of airport users is extremely concerning. The nature of air travel is such that it is a systems critical environment. If the aeroplane is not managed according to highly stringent rules, the plane will crash and the passengers will probably all die.

The concept of firing confidential messages directly into the mind of a target, is extremely attractive to the clandestine community. What better way to communicate in secret than to make people believe that they are communicating with a voice in their head. Should they break cover and start telling everyone, they will logically appear to be quite insane. The fact that the technology certainly exists and is comprehensively documented (in the public domain) as to it's capabilities, doesn't seem to matter. This is an ethically bankrupt practice which has no place in a civilised society. In no way should the civilian population be expected to remain quiet when they are being exposed to directed energy weapons installed in public infrastructure.

There is a counter to this argument which is based on the fact that neither Heathrow airport or the local train station are actually public premises. They have been the primary focus of the transition from a society based on taxpayers funding public services, to private corporations being awarded multifaceted contracts from the government. The entirety of the 'square mile' or the City of London is private property as is the entirety of Canary Wharf in the Docklands area. Nobody has a default right to access these areas, they are privately owned but extend 'access to the public'. This means that the organisations responsible for maintaining the infrastructure are free to monetise them in any way they please.

Logically if Heathrow Airport Limited are installing HSS canons above their travelators it must be a money making enterprise. This completely rubbishes any claims as to 'national security' or any other virtue signalling. The plain truth is that these installations incur substantial cost to the management team of Heathrow Airport Limited. Thus they must have customers with which to create revenue from these installations. Customers who have a vested interest in the firing of secret messages into the minds of international air travelers. It doesn't take the mind of Hercule Poirot to perceive sinister outcomes from such an alarmingly nefarious situation.

The human mind is a sophisticated and complex system but it is not particularly robust. In terms of error correction and conceptual frameworks, the mind can be disrupted and ultimately reprogrammed. This forms the basis of the works of Dr Ewan Cameron in the 1950's and 60's. There has also been massive research in this area conducted by organisations who have customers in the public and private sectors. This research has undoubtedly been used for egregiously malevolent purposes.  The 1949 death of US secretary of defense James Vincent Forestal drew attention to unacknowledged activity of this type happening in the US military. Since then there have been literally thousands of deaths which could well be attributed to malevolent mind control methods being used by both the public and the private sector.

The concept of remote mind control has been making it's way into the popular consciousness for several decades. There is also evidence to indicate that it's been going on for tens of thousands of years and it can be achieved over vast distances. This chronology represents such a fundamentally divergent reality from that which we all take for granted, that it's almost impossible to process. The nature of this underpinning 'at a distance' technology is addressed by the works of Preston Nichols in his whistle blowing of the events occurring at the Montauk military base in the USA. While many would write Nichols off as a tinfoil hat conspiratard, his explanation of the technology checks out in terms of technical feasibility. This 'over the horizon' method does not utilise sound. Instead it is based on disconnecting the target from the clock used to regulate their physical functions. Beyond that there are pulse code modulated frequencies designed to bombard the human system. This narrow-cast targeting can effectively trigger emotions and even create imagery in the mind.

According to Nichols, the Montauk experiments required massive amounts of electricity. Logically if a transmission is required to travel great distances, the amount of energy required is proportionate. While it is safe to stand in front of your satellite TV antenna, it's definitely not safe to stand in front of the antenna mounted on the side of the GPO tower. The amount of energy outputted by a relay microwave transmitter will certainly cause damage to organic entities. Consequently the organisations that can operate 'at a distance' mind control exist without civilian oversight and basically have a lot of money. This places them in the shadowy world of military contractors who do not answer to any democratically elected body. Instead they have connections to the world of military intelligence which brokers any deals between them and the government. As such, it is not within the remit of private intelligence contractors to operate at a distance mind control. If they have a need to use it, they have to buy into it through the aforementioned connections. HSS however, represents a much lower financial overhead and can be installed by civilian contractors on private premises.

Fascism has been defined as a government working purely in the interests of private corporations. The idea that shareholders will reflect the needs and aspirations of the civilian population is just ludicrous. The fact that they are shareholders means they are only interested in profit. As a result euphemisms are created to soften the ethical footprint of avaricious investors. Subjecting air passengers to DEW bombardment with all it's profoundly negative consequences will be re-titled as something benevolent and progressive:

"Highly directional, precise sound beam creates audio zones and eliminates sound bleed"

The number of manufacturers offering HSS products has mushroomed over the past ten years. There appears to be a very much concerted effort to replace any speakers in areas with regular footfall with HSS capable products. This creates a network of clandestine communication facilities which can be subscribed to by commercial intelligence interests. Such interests operate outside of the law and are clearly being facilitated by organisations who are very much subject to civilian oversight. This means that they will deny any involvement with the clandestine forces they partner with. Again, this is very attractive for such forces. If there's one thing better than a secret technology which can support secret communication, it's a secret technology which the provider denies any knowledge of. However, any system which relies on packet transmission and operates in a commercial framework will definitely be generating a trail of digital breadcrumbs. Billing creates further evidence and should any auditors shine a light on these systems, it will be impossible to cover up. Consequently the entire system will feature multiple levels of obfuscation to prevent anyone being held to account for such inhumane activity.

The fact that HSS hardware is blatantly visible, is not considered a deterrent. The argument being that any technology could be co-opted for negative uses, but that doesn't automatically mean that it is being used with hostile intent. This is a very convenient rebuttal and of course, very attractive to clandestine forces. However the plain truth is that the massive privatisation of intelligence / security work has created an environment of default hostility. Numerous instances of botched intelligence operations disgrace the mainstream media on a daily basis. Most are effectively repackaged and allude to mental illness of some sort. However there are always going to be incidents which point a finger squarely at the clandestine community. The deaths of high profile individuals in highly suspicious circumstances will always reek of clandestine involvement. As has been reported in many TEFLONRABBIT articles, the subjects of these botched operations are rarely aware of quite how much involvement there has been from interested parties.

The 2019 Covid19 pandemic ushered in an attitude of arrogance among employees of both private and public sector employees. The average UK civil servant adheres to a philosophy previously known as 'thinking that the world owes you a living'. Despite receiving salaries commensurate with experience and capability, there is a widespread attitude among civil servants that they should be paid more for representing the government. There is of course the conventional option of studying, working hard and being promoted. However with so many state employees, the course to promotion is heavily contested and bloated with obstacles. As a result we now see an attempt to replace value systems. Forms for bank account applications or employment now feature the occupation criteria of 'Modern Professional' which equates to emergency workers and state employees. This is some straight up perception management designed to distract from the plain truth that being a civil servant is quite an unsatisfying experience.

It is difficult for anyone to persevere in an occupation which does not offer job satisfaction or even an attractive remuneration package. This is where the alteration of value systems is critically important. The same can be said of checkout staff and other service sector workers who have also become much more arrogant since the Covid19 response empowered them with the authority to repeat and enforce completely illogical nonsense. They have been effectively brainwashed into believing the whole 'essential worker' trope which doesn't rely on increased pay, bonuses or improved conditions. Instead it predates on a seriously negative facet of the human mind. The desire for power is one of the most easily co-opted emotions present in the human condition. The age old process of regime change favours an aspirational beta plus mentality. If an oil Sheik is being particularly resistant to the advances of foreign petroleum transport interests, then his younger brother will find himself the focus of attention from these corporations. Generally speaking it is accepted that any younger sibling will harbour resentment based on envy and a perception of having been marginalised. As a result, backing the beta plus sibling will affect a situation whereby the leader is toppled from within. This negates any need for the lobbying of governments for military support, or other inconvenient measures.

What these public and service sector workers do not accept is that not only are they being played, but they're being thrown directly under the wheels of a bus. This was seen with the governments insistence that all 'frontline workers' receive an unproven Covid19 vaccine. Obviously the government didn't announce this right at the beginning. The decision was delayed until the NHS staff had been used to promote vaccine uptake. Any dissenters were threatened with the loss of their job and all of them eventually acquiesced to the totalitarian directive. Currently we see a wave of bitter recrimination sweeping across social media. The phrase "Never forget" has been plastered across pro-vax celebrity quotes from 2019-2021. Photogenic female influencers who have rejected vaccination have created posts which blatantly assert that they would never even consider dating a man who has been vaccinated. Even politicians have risen to the challenge. In July 2023 US senator Rand Paul called for a prosecution of Antony Fauci based on evidence that has been forthcoming since the mass vaccination campaign. It should also be noted that the day after Rand Paul formalised his accusation, his offices were burned to the ground.

If the use of HSS canons and 'at a distance' mind control technologies are ever subjected to the same scrutiny that the Covid19 response has been, it could portend massive civil unrest. The fact that these technologies have clearly been used for profoundly negative purposes will stand as justification for widespread reform. However, while they are profitable it seems unlikely that they would ever receive any condemnation from an incumbent administration. In many ways the old adage about learning from the mistakes of the past is increasingly relevant today. From biblical scriptures to mythological anecdotes, ancient literature clearly outlines times in history when technology and lifestyle practices became deranged. So much so that a complete takedown was required.

Despite being the subject of endlessly dismissive and condescending analysis, the fate of both Atlantis and Sodom & Gomorrah is clearly linked to the derangement of the population. Most progressive archaeology aficionados will accept that Atlantis was probably not some hidden island civilisation but was actually the coastal conurbations of the pre ice age world. While the causality of the rise in sea level has been recorded as a cataclysm ordered by 'the gods', modern thinking accepts that it was probably a meteor hitting the much larger ice caps. Regardless, the enduring motive is represented as a clear case of the human race allowing technology to derange their lives. In the case of Sodom and Gomorrah, there isn't such a convenient extinction level event with which to weave an angry gods narrative. Despite the old testament narrative of the city including extensive accounts of the depraved nature of the inhabitants, there has never been a clear account of the location. What there is in Saudi Arabia is an area which appears by all meters to have been bombarded with white phosphorous. What all of this means is that according to numerous indicators we are currently experiencing a managed paradigm shift which incorporates concepts of a global extinction. The ludicrous nature of the Covid19 narrative speaks to how pervasive the 'go along to get along' mindset has become. It's not difficult to look at some ideological imbecile sitting on their own in their living room wearing a non surgical mask 'to protect others' and perceive a broken population. These are people who don't represent any value to the progression of the human race. Arguing that these people should be eradicated is very easy. They have abandoned any possible concept of critical thinking and have instead opted to believe whatever they are told by the state controlled media outlets - regardless of how asinine it may be. It is this quite obvious discrepancy which speaks to how the vanguards of the Covid19 narrative have been overtly sacrificed.

Over the next fifteen to twenty years, the legacy of the 2019 pandemic will continue to act as a political football. Along the way we will see numerous events which will be attributed to mental illness or extremist views. The chances are extremely high that these events will be nothing to do with either illness or extremism and will in fact be as a direct result of targeted intelligence operations. The climax of this extensive campaign will include the actions of the so called 'Covid delayed'. These are people who will be unable to speak the language of trust. As a result they will also be considerably less educated and fundamentally disabled in terms of forming personal relationships. The chances are that they will never procreate and this will act as a deterrent to other generations to consider having children during any future pandemics. Most parents look forward to becoming grandparents and most grandparents look forward to becoming great grandparents. The prospect of bringing a life into the world which will be unable to ever trust other people and is destined to lead a solitary life will not appeal to anyone. This is a massive victory for the depopulation agenda and the groups which subscribe to it. In fact it's so attractive to them that they are most likely the architects of the entire narrative in the first place.
