The inertia of a spin cycle

Once again, the historical aspect of 'What is TeflonRabbit' delivers a less than savoury condiment of corruption. One which has particular significance in terms of explaining a course of events which continues to this day. In the words of deceased former US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld:

What you need to remember is that this is a conspiracy that's been thirty years in the making

In previous articles we covered the subject of unauthorised surveillance and the blatant criminal racketeering behind it. What RIPA 2000 did was provide a quasi legitimate front for this frankly insidious industry. One which is entirely sustained through the criminality of the civil service. Bad enough were it just the UK civil service, but examine the surveillance legislation of any first world nation and a clear pattern emerges. Since the global cultural cataclysm that was Covid19, the alliance between big pharma and healthcare has  tattooed this pattern into the lives of the entire human population. The only possible exception being the Eastern European state of Belarus. Like Europe's last dictatorship, this article also focuses on a depressed society where violence and other crimes are an entrenched feature of the cultural landscape.

One of the most simple ways to launder the proceeds of crime is to pay for training. Said education then creates a product which can yield future revenues and prove highly profitable in terms of a consolidation business model. The criminal activity represents an entrepreneurial opportunity and the profits are plowed into a training enterprise. Those who have received the training may be completely oblivious as to who has met the cost of their certification. TeflonRabbit was quite aware of the funding source for some of his security licensing certification. In fact, it's probably safe to say that a substantial amount of what has become known as SIA certification has been paid for using the dirtiest of money. 

In 90's Glasgow, the dirtiest of criminal enterprise was represented by such figureheads as the family Thompson, both Arthur junior and Arthur senior. Their arch nemesis, a one Paul Ferris was one of their disenfranchised henchman. A mid level enforcer who  became dissatisfied with his share of the local territories. The battles between the Thompsons and Ferris were well documented in the popular media at the time and have even made it into feature films. Numerous murders, massive drug dealing, illegal firearms sales and of course, widespread money laundering constituted business as usual. 

One of the more conspicuous events was the September 1991 double murder of Joseph 'Joe Bananas' Hanlon and Robert 'Bobby' Glover. The official narrative speaks to a highly elaborate vendetta between the Thompson family and Thomas 'The Licensee' McGraw. However one highly relevant detail is always left out of any account of this event. The precise timing of the murder was anomalous. Most people active in organised crime syndicates are not what anyone would ever describe as morning people. Quite the opposite is true and generally speaking any AM activity would occur by way of being awake after midnight. Consequently an 09:00 execution undoubtedly represents a further symbolic reference. 

Hanlon and Glover were both known associates of Paul Ferris, who just so happened to be released from prison at 09:00 on the same day. There are two possible interpretations, the first being that Hanlon and Glover were executed on the orders of the Thompson family. This is the stock narrative which is still maintained in various media reports. The second interpretation was that Ferris himself ordered the assassinations. As has been detailed in previous TEFLONRABBIT articles, when the head of a syndicate gets incarcerated, much of the organised 'business' activity goes on hold. The various henchmen are dumped into a form of stasis which precludes them from any major actions. They generally maintain some petty criminal activity such as low level drug dealing to keep the wolf (or the police) from the door. Should they scale up any of their activity they are perceived as not only a threat to the incarcerated 'kappa' but also to the rest of the syndicate. In many ways they are considered to be a liability in terms of representing aspirational beta plus males. 

Whichever interpretation is favoured, the historical evidence is quite clear. Ferris was out and raring to get back to work, Glover and Hanlon were dead and would not represent any kind of threat to anyone ever again. In addition, the entire Glaswegian population knew that the timing of the murders was highly significant. 

The city has a formidable reputation in regards to organised (and random) crime. With the exception of a brief period during the late 80's and early 90's, Glasgow has held the title of being Europe's most violent city. Considering the egregious ultra-violence exhibited by the Camorra and the Ndrangheta in Italy, the levels of violence in Glasgow during this time were considerably greater. The author was quite familar with the extensive amount of gladiotorial street violence as a result of working in city centre nightspots in a full time capacity. However unlike the members of the local crime syndicates, security workers do not go into stasis when a boss gets banged up. Neither do they bend the knee to any of their aspirational henchmen. If they do, they are generally considered to be of little use to any credible establishment. 

For the most part, there is a general understanding that the wages of the job are insufficient to support any form of normal lifestyle. As such, many licensees will turn a blind eye to security workers dealing drugs on the premises. TEFLONRABBIT was not part of this arrangement and instead specialised in cleaning up premises which had been subject to some form of impropriety. While this may not have been a deliberate choice on his part, it became the norm. Obviously many security workers will have a personal interest in modern pharmacology and the author was certainly not exempt from this. However, one rule was considered to be unbreakable. Do not, ever under any circumstances start dealing to the customers. This is fairly standard stuff in the world of contraband commerce. Basically vending to people you do not know is just straight up stupidity. Conversely, vending to other workers and trusted personal contacts within the nightlife scene is considered to be relatively safe. 

The 90's was a transitional time across the entire Strathclyde region. The regional police forces had been given a directive in terms of cleaning the city up before the millennium. The district council had acquired the 'city of culture' title in 1990 and embarked on a multi-systemic approach to turning around the reputation of the city. In the article 'Toora loora loora loo' the century of edge weapon culture is explained as having more to do with the goals of the Thousand year Reich and the Spanish Inquisition than it did with short term criminal profiteering. Basicaly the growth of clandestine involvement was only challenged by the flagrant and malicious use of open razors, machetes, lock-back knives, craft knives, Stanley knives, glasses and broken bottles. This mentality became the default conflict model across the entire central belt, but most conspicuously in the larger conurbations. This lead directly to the W.H.O intervention between 2009 - 2012 which saw young men being incarcerated for carrying any form of edge weapon without specific justification. 

While this clampdown may seem appropriate, it manifested itself in some profoundly unreasonable and draconian policy interpretation. When a minicab driver without previous convictions is sent down for six weeks for having an inch long pen knife on the end of his keychain, its fairly safe to say that the local council, police, judiciary and prison service have all completely lost any sense of perspective. Nonetheless Glasgow now has considerably fewer slash marked men walking the streets and ultimately that was the goal of the W.H.O intervention. It just didn't look good for external investors and something had to be done. The fear of long term incarceration is still felt by the younger generations. Many saw brothers, uncles and cousins being sent to prison for years as a direct response to them considering that carrying a knife afforded them some form of protection from being attacked by other knife wielding assailants.

The many prongs of the clean up dictated a forthcoming end to the criminal enforcement that had plagued the city for many decades. As a result there was a window of opportunity for so called 'security' operations to plug the gaps left by contemporary beat policing. To cut a long and very convoluted story short, this meant that numerous criminal elements formed security companies and maintained some form of presence in various roles. Several of the organisations formed by Ferris and his associates (Premier Security, D&M Security & Global Recovery) acquired a number of contracts across the city. This included licensed, static retail and debt recovery among their 'services'. As detailed previously, much of the financial cost of these operations were met through the profits of highly criminal activity. Such a method means that the money retrieved through vending heroin on the housing estates of the central belt, made it's way into the capital investment funds of these companies. With security workers patrolling these estates, only the syndicate authorised vendors are able to operate without attention. Every expenditure required to deploy these security workers was met with funds from illegal activity. From the uniforms, vehicle leasing, radio equipment, pagers to the rental of business premises for control centres.

The author acquired a security license courtesy of one of these security companies and received certification from Strathclyde Fire Brigade, Glasgow District Council, Strathclyde Police (licensing department) and Glasgow Caledonian University. This was the first licensed security course run in Britain and was somewhat more comprehensive than others which followed. It was also considerably more credible than the average training received according to the contemporary S.I.A. certification. All good and well for the author (or so he thought) and even better for the faceless politicos looking to clean up the city for external investment opportunities. The cost of the course was entirely covered by the security company and the author was free to charge anyone he worked for a slightly higher rate than those without certification. It also facilitated several roles as head of security which carries considerably more responsibility and pays about another pound per hour for the dubious privilege. However, it seems that D&M Security were using his license in highly suspect ways without his knowledge or consent.To make matters worse, after his 'ambush awakening' it became apparent that every single worker who had received training from the same providers had been signed up as unwitting informants for each of the certifying bodies.

The Police had been defrauding the Covert Human Intelligence Source arrangement for some years prior. The concept of paying informants for information had been scrapped and a system of deception or straight up blackmail was employed instead. This system of blackmail is the defacto method now utilised by every single RIPA agency. Bearing in mind that the informant system does not rely on anyone passing information in a conventional way. Instead of an arranged meeting in a secure location, the technology developed by the US MIC for over the horizon remote electroencephelagraphy is used to essential create an unaccountable psychological communication conduit for informants to pass their information to their handlers. This system would be grotesque enough were it based on a hard opt-in arrangement. The fact that it is actually predicated on what can only be described as a contemporary slave trading model turns a highly unethical modus into something that can only be described as truly evil. 

Over the years, these agencies kick the informants around between their various corrupt groups. Ironically it seems that the author was also being used as an anti corruption informant. It says a lot about Britian when anti corruption police are defrauding the Covert Human Intelligence Source system in the exact same way that the rest of the corrupt agencies are. The entire concept of anti corruption appears to be the most hypocritical and corrupt sector of policing in existence. Given the proliferation of blackmail utilised by these agencies, anti corruption is simply another layer of malevolence. One which predates on the other layers, or  'steps' in their overtly Masonic organisations. 

The money which had previously been paid to informants directly is now funneled into supposedly legitimate investment opportunities. This obfuscates the source of the original funds and potentially increases them by way of dividends. If an informant is registered with numerous agencies, they can all invoice for the informants time. Generally the cost of CHIS payments is met with funds awarded from the public purse. There are however, other funding sources which handlers must qualify their informants to receive. A specific department of the Police, Security Services or Secret Intelligence Services will have a mandate to maintain directed surveillance on a specific profile. The drug squad will require suspicion of drug dealing and any agency can gain access to bank records if they claim 'suspicion of fraud'. However due to these agencies being hopelessly inept, they do not require any tangible evidence whatsoever. The intelligence industry is not concerned with prosecutions, ergo they do not need to provide actual evidence. A whole load of 'cooked up' horseshit will do fine. 

Various international bodies exist which provide funding for these egregious scams. Most notably the numerous facets of the Rosicrucian secret society are predominantly concerned with depopulation. As a result anything that can be used to force someone into homosexuality or celibacy will receive uncontested approval from these facets. The social work department will require some form of societal, interpersonal or sexual dysfunction in order to maintain surveillance and so on it goes. The fact that the social work department has been named as a defendant in numerous cases of systematic establishment abuse goes some way to illuminating quite how corrupt they are. 

The actions of Britains most prolific celebrity pedophile 'Sir' Jimmy Saville stands as bone-fide evidence of this institutionlised corruption. He was not a single case either. Quite how many of these predators have been effectively licensed by the state, is difficult to estimate but undoubtedly extends across decades, if not centuries. The author was a friend of an individual who had been subjected (along with several of their family members) to such systematic abuse in a children's home. The offender was facilitated for decades by care homes operated by organisations overseen by the Church of Scotland and the Social work department. At one point he was even employed by Strathclyde police as a custody services worker, or as it is known locally, a 'turnkey'. The authors friend (to their credit) worked up the courage to blow the whistle on their abuser and spent literally months giving statements to the police. Unsurprisingly the case did not go ahead and the victim had to wait over twenty years before they could gain any form of justice. 

To make matters worse, said victim was awarded substantial compensation which was then thrown into a protracted legal wrangling courtesy of his 'no win no fee' solicitors. Currently they are subject to a system of corruption which many of the British public are also caught in. Basically they won't get their compensation until they 'prove' to their handlers that they will do whatever they're told to, whenever they are told to. In this case, the authors friend was blatantly tasked with proving that they could be a handler of the author. A situation which has made it impossible for the author to retain any form of meaningful friendship.with them. This is the method employed to incentivise RIPA informants / victims. Basically to get what they are entitled to, they need to become the civil service's bitch in some way or another. Given that the civil service is riddled with corruption in the form of Masonic conspiracy, division is the name of the game. This is how broken Britain actually is today. The civil service is little more than a resource for it's employees to predate on vulnerable individuals. 

As has been mentioned in previous articles, five to ten percent of the human population are congenital sociopaths and psychopaths. They have acquired influence in the numerous secret societies across the planet and leverage local government in a concerted effort to force everyone else into a system of sociopathic and psychotic behaviour. The above example is included to detail exactly how this high level concept of social distortion translates into the lives of the everyday citizen.
